"羅漢餐"與"羅漢門迎佛祖"有何關聯性?「羅漢門迎佛祖」，此項民俗活動已有兩百多年歷史，每年均擇期於觀音佛祖聖誕前幾日舉行，目前由內門紫竹寺（101-103年）及南海紫竹寺（104-106年）輪流辦理（連續各辦三年）。百年來觀音佛祖遶境路線遍及內門各庄頭，且信徒皆以徒步遶境及全程扛轎走山路，來表達對於觀音佛祖信仰的誠意，而自民國100年開始，遶境路線更擴及至旗山天后宮；遶境行程通常為四天，今年是自102年3月25日至3月28日，每天早上7時準時出巡，繞行約十個「敬」(庄頭敬桌集中的臨時場地)，每天約走30公里路程，以3轎（土地公轎、紫雲宮大道公和龍潭天后宮媽祖合轎、內門紫竹寺佛祖大媽和三媽合轎）主巡，香境內各角頭及其文武陣頭皆參與遶境（小庄組文陣，大庄組武陣），反映該地民眾信仰生活，自古迄今改變不大，祭品亦保留傳統樣式，是該地最具在地色彩的信仰文化及最具生活價值的內在文化體系。此項民俗遶境隨行的文武藝陣，堪稱量多質精，至少超過30陣以上，其中以夏梅林宋江獅陣、金馬寮牛犁陣、番仔路太平清歌陣、虎頭山七里響陣等文武藝陣最具特色。

1.水餃的起源是?
相傳東漢末年，醫聖張仲景告老還鄉後，在家鄉白河岸邊見百姓捱饑受寒，耳朵凍爛，在冬天，他叫弟子在南陽東關附近搭棚派藥，用羊肉、驅寒草藥煮熬成「祛寒嬌耳湯」，加入用饀皮包成耳朵狀的「嬌耳」，據說吃後身體會發熱，兩耳很快就痊癒了。

由來

生春卷又稱「夏卷」，據說是大越時期光中皇帝（Quang Trung Hoàng Đế；西元1788-1792年）任期間發明的。當時為了戰事移動需要，食物不但要輕巧，方便攜帶，最好也不用開火烹煮，於是就用米紙包好生菜和先前煮好的食材，生春卷因而誕生。生春卷一般會包入米線、生菜、香草、蝦仁或豬肉等食材。

步驟

將米線泡水煮熟，沖冷水瀝乾備用。
將煮熟的蝦子剖半備用，
將小黃瓜切絲備用。
將福山萵苣洗淨備用。
準備二張生春捲皮。
將生春捲皮用刷子刷上開水，均勻地抹在春捲皮上。
依序放入萵苣、米線、九層塔、小黃瓜、鮮蝦，捲起即完成。
