         <description><![CDATA[<div>In my country, there are several types of assessments: they are the national evaluations that are based on the level of the study, and the assessments that each teacher makes. As far as I am concerned, I first rate students, then there are a few assessments during the school year followed by the final evaluation. The evaluation is either written or oral. I collaborate with colleagues more to know the students, to know the environment they come from, the family and how they get involved in the other disciplines.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A method I often use to see how much they understood or how they assimilated students is the following: the teacher asks a question then throws a small ball to the student who has to answer, if the student answers correctly, he addresses a question to a colleague towards who throws the ball, if he needs help to answer, passes the ball to another colleague to help him. How fun this method is, it makes students more careful and even anxious to catch the ball and get the best answers.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sometimes I used this method when the students had a project done. After presenting what they did, the other groups were able to catch up or comment on the projects of their colleagues. I think it is quite interesting, students learn accepting the opinion of others, everything being done under the observation and guidance of the proposer.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>
