I like the idea of students using a shared document to capture the work. It feels less intimidating working on a task with another student rather than trying to do something all on your own. A sticker has little meaning, but you sharing out specific feedback gives kids information they can act on. It is hard to give verbal feedback all the time. I like that Canvas allows you to voice over feedback directly into their submitted work. Most apps like Seesaw and Wixie will allow you to do the same. My 1:1 meetings have become so popular that I often have kids with me until 4:30 conferencing or just to talk about things with school or themselves.
