<title>If the projects are based in school or community change projects then students become empowered to see themselves as successful change agents and leaders- thereby knowing how to continue to wield agency after the project is done.</title>

<title>When PBL asks students to think critically and develop success skills, the students apply these habits to other endeavors that make them college and career ready. There is promise here - for schools to eliminate the achievement gap by supporting underserved students to develop these essential habits of mind, higher order thinking skills and 21st century skills. And it can motivate them to increase effort and engagement with school because this mode of learning is more relevant to their lives.</title>

<title>Lots of different entry points for diff kids. Can allow diff strengths to be accessed. Multiple intelligency. But, it can also appear engaging and &quot;fun&quot; but some kids may be not getting the most meaty parts of the learning. </title>
