Hello good afternoon my name is sofia molina but you can call me sofi, and a fact about me is that I like to cook and I like to be very creative with my meals so today they are going to accompany me to make one of my favorite breakfast.
It doesn't have a specific name, I don't know.
Okay, my favorite breakfasts are whole wheat bread with berry jam and peanut butter. Also, the bircher oatmeal is not to brag but it is very tasty and what we are going to do today are corn toast with avocado and egg, I know it sounds weird but trust me when I tell you it's delicious.
So the materials we need are eggs, corn toast, avocado, salt, pepper, a frying pan and oil. 

First we heat the pan with oil
When the oil is hot we put the eggs
While we are going to take out the toasts on the plate
Now we are going to open the avocado 
Then we remove the seedand we make horizontal and vertical cuts in the avocado, I'll show you how
Now with a fork we are going to remove the avocado and put it on the toast
And put the eggs on top 
And ready, we already have our breakfast at 7 om hahaha

You can accompany it with coffee or tea, I accompany it with a banana shake.
