         <description><![CDATA[<div><sub>1.Identify the Problem <br>In the mid 1800ʻs women's rights were a big issue that needed to be reformed. During that time women had few political and legal rights. Such as they were not allowed to vote, could not hold public office, a woman's husband owned all of her property, equal pay, college training for women, and coeducation. <br>2. Cite Specific Evidence <br>  On the techbook ,pg. 2 lesson 13 chapter 3 states, "The first women's rights convention called for women's equality and for their right to vote, to speak publicly, and to run for office. The convention issued a Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions modeled on the Declaration of Independence". Women had to fight for the right to vote, run for office, and voice their opinions. They voiced this by stating it in the Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions<br></sub>3. Image </div>]]></description>
