         <description><![CDATA[<div>Fat is a source of essential fatty acids, which the body cannot make itself. Fat helps the body absorb vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E. These vitamins are fat-soluble, which means they can only be absorbed with the help of fats. <br>Too much fats is bad as it results in a nearly 50% higher chance of getting diabetes. <br>We eat fats almost everyday in our daily lives be it bread, rice, noodles, and many other types of food. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are different types of fats(polyunsaturated fats, monounsaturated fats, saturated fats, trans fats).<br>Polyunsaturated fats are a healthy type of fat that is in a liquid state at room temperature and are known to help lower cholesterol.<br>Monounsaturated fats are plant-based fats found in foods and are a healthy type of fats. They target stubborn belly fat by replacing the salty, fatty, snacks in your diet and help you feel full much longer.<br>Saturated fats are not a healthy type of fat. They can increase your cholesterol and risk for type 2 diabetes. No more than 10 percent of your daily diet  should come from saturated fats.<br>Trans fats are not a healthy type of fat. They are known to raise your total cholesterol and are found in processed foods.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>there are 2 types of fats which are <strong><em>saturated fat</em></strong> and <strong><em>unsaturated fa</em></strong>t. <br><strong>saturated</strong> fats are found in products like beef, pork, butter, cheese etc high amounts of saturated fat are found in fast foods, processed foods and baked foods. these fats tend to be more solid than healthier fats. <br><strong>unsaturated</strong> fats are healthy fats. it is found in avocados, peanut butter, hazelnuts, cashews etc it also can be found in plant oils.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have learnt that It is very easy to get obese now a days because of all the different types of food around us. Especially fast food the growing demand of fast food is extremely worrying. Especially when all these foods are harmful to us and have little to no nutrition and the fats cannot be burnt off easily. And in many places people die due to having diabetics. And since many officials have realised this problem then they started dumping it on places that have food scarcity and hence causing this problem to spread. In order to conquer this problem we should cut down the amount of unhealthy food we put in our bodies and make the best effort to keep our diets clean.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I have learnt that fats are essential fatty acids that are required for our body however we have to be mindful of what we consume and what is added to the food we eat. Too much excess fats can cause obesity which will increase 50% of heart diseases and make us 64% more vulnerable to getting stroke. Yes fats are important however if overly consumed we will not be getting a balance amount of protein, carbohydrates and certain nutrition for our body, People of Mexico and many other countries are dying from the main cause of diabeties despite governments and officials being aware of this problem, instead finding a proper solution to help many have started pushing all the unhealthy food to other countries who are in need of food supply but are given the wrong things.</div>]]></description>
