He is interesting to me because he chose puck to be his assistant but, puck seems to make a lot of mistakes and this made me wonder why Oberón would have picked him. He is also interesting to me because he is making such a big commotion about one changing boy. He gets very angry when he can’t have the boy and goes as far as using magic on his own wife. In the film Puck had put the love juice in Lysander’s eyes making him fall in love with Helena. This later shows why there was a commotion. Also later he fixes all the love and hatred and everyone had a happy life. It was really confusing since he treated her badly but she was still in love with him. Also, he loved Hermia at the time so Helena wanted him to change his mind about her, however, she didn’t succeed at first. Lastly, she decided to tell Demetrius to come with her and follow Hermia and Lysander into the woods, thinking that that would bring her and Demetrius closer, but that decision didn’t make anything better. I found him very interesting because he kept on playing tricks on his wife. Another reason why I think that he was interesting is because he is a fairy, aren’t really normal. Additionally because especially in th video the way he looks is very interesting as well; it looks like he is wearing leaves and his skin is green. I found this interesting because in most fairy tales, fairies are the ones who are beautiful and wearing sparkling clothing. As you can see the character that I found the most interesting is King Oberon.
