         <description><![CDATA[<div>I thought this was the most interesting because the "you" person wasn't the subject of the microaggression. Also, the "you" person actually had their own microaggression by telling the person that they should be more careful where they talk. This one had two different layers which is why I picked it. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Marta - On the page 33 there is an image of a black woman wearing a costume in the flowers. The quote from page 34 says: “a XXXXX paints a flower it becomes a slavery flower”, this is an exact representation of the stereotype people have in their minds. These flowers “grow and blossom” on the black woman while she is leaning forward. As for me, that means that the woman carries all the stereotypes about black people behind her back and is tired of it. The “weight” of these flowers is to heavy to have on yourself and the woman is about to give up under the pressure the white society makes. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I chose this image because of the simplicity of the word choice and the repetition that give this image a dark tone. The bold text and white and black color choice aid in that. Emotionally, I felt much more impacted by this than any of the other images. The repetition felt uncomfortable as the consistency of the words felt like they were never going to stop. </div>]]></description>
