We want to take a moment to recognize Coach Koutz for the incredible passion, dedication, and heart she pours into her students every single day. She goes above and beyond to encourage, challenge, and believe in her students, always making sure they know they are seen, valued, and capable of more.

Coach Koutz, thank you for loving your students so well and for showing up with so much passion and purpose. The impact you’re making reaches far beyond the classroom, and we are so grateful for all that you do! ❤️

She is the kind of teammate every workplace hopes for. No matter what comes up, she greets everyone with a genuine smile and approaches every challenge with absolute grace. She is always professional, incredibly reliable, and so easy to talk to when you need to brainstorm or bounce ideas around. Her positive energy and team-first mindset make working alongside her an absolute joy.

Thank you, Kendall, for everything you bring to our Admin Assistant team!

She makes him use all of his words, she can tell when he is getting upset and needs a walk, and makes him feel safe so that he can try. And most importantly, she holds him to a standard.

It is difficult to express what a gift she has been to him. There have been some excellent people in his life and we appreciate them all...But none more than Liane who, is a superstar.

Thank you

I am so happy you are in this new role and I am so happy I get to work with you! The kiddos are so lucky to have you!

You make lunch duty fun and always bring such a positive attitude! Thank you, Kate, for being such a dependable, helpful, and wonderful teammate. I truly appreciate everything you do! 💛

She is always so gracious, patient, and helpful. She seems to know everything there is to know about Sycamore, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it for me!

I really appreciate how dependable and willing to help she always is. Thank you, Amy, for always being there, answering my million questions, and helping me figure things out. We appreciate you more than you know! ❤️

Doña Alberta thank you so much for your help. We truly appreciate you.

We love you and are all so blessed to have you at DSE!!

Even more meaningful, my son recently told me how much he loves having Mrs. Crofts as his teacher because “she pays attention to the little things.” He explained that she notices when someone is feeling left out or just having an off day, and he told me that he feels truly seen by her in a way that has been especially meaningful to him.

That really touched me. Hearing my son recognize and put into words how much those small moments of care matter to him felt really special and absolutely worth sharing. The care Mrs. Crofts puts into knowing her students as individuals is clearly making an impact, and I’m incredibly grateful my son gets to be in her classroom this year!!

I would like to recognize Amanda Immler for being such a wonderful and caring teacher. My child is in her class and feels supported and encouraged in her learning and is truly thriving. Mrs. Immler creates such a positive and nurturing environment for her students, and we are so grateful for the care and dedication she brings each day. Thank you, Amanda, for all that you do!

Even more special is seeing your students follow your example. They are learning to include one another, look out for their classmates, and step in as kind helpers—not because they are being told to, but because that is simply what you have made your classroom community about.

Kindergarten is where children begin learning what it means to be part of a school family, and you are teaching them lessons in kindness, empathy, and belonging that will stay with them far beyond this year. We are so grateful for the patience, steadiness, and heart you bring to your classroom every day. Your impact is easy to see, and you are so very appreciated.

We truly appreciate how you make everyone feel welcomed, cared for, and supported. Your presence in the front office brings so much warmth to the school, and we are grateful for all that you do each day.

The End<3

You wear all the hats and make it look so easy. Thank you for all you do for our campus! We are lucky to have you on our team.

She is someone who will fight for you, protect you, and love you even when you are being completely obnoxious.

And even though she is the greatest teacher on the planet, she has a way of making you feel like you know exactly what you are doing. She celebrates you, builds you up, and freely shares her knowledge. It is never a competition. She genuinely wants everyone around her to shine.

I am so lucky to have a person who makes work feel like home and every day (even the hard ones) a little more fun.

You bring such a calm confidence to everything you do, and I learn from you constantly. We are so lucky to have you on our team. I am still fan-girling over you!

We are so lucky to have you on our team. You are amazing, and don’t worry, we will teach you many things at lunch. ;)

You are lovely, incredibly good at what you do, and such an asset to our school. Thank you for your dedication, expertise, and everything you bring to us!
