This is kind of a weird comparison because this is comparing 45+ women to women ages 15-19. I am not sure that a lot of women are having babies 15-19 on purpose. I think it is mostly pointing out that Sweden's family planning has gotten very good to the point that women can choose to have babies later in life and still have healthy births. This has to do with there development of the medical system and the push for women to work more.
