Typically, the school's focus takes reference from national initiatives/directions, eg CCE2021, PDLP, Blended Learning. School-wide PD sessions are then planned and cascaded down to department levels, and HODs are then to lead the department in the PD. 
For individual needs, typically my dept teachers will discuss with me what are their PD needs/interest and I generally will support, and get the teachers to share with the dept after their PD.
