And, we can map our teams role in the journey directly to that customer journey map.  For example.  Once OXE is done and members are signed up and getting their emails, FB post, New Member Welcome.  This falls into the Deliver part of our business. 

Getting them to OXE and getting them to Convert to membership is the Convert team.
