After many hours we went to the hotel to have dinner with the other teams and soon after that I got ready to go to sleep.

My perfect summer day starts with waking up at 9 AM, feeling refreshed and ready for a relaxing holiday. For breakfast, I have a simple yet delicious meal of cereals and fresh fruit, the perfect combination to keep me energized.

After breakfast, I head to the beach, either by car or on foot, depending on my mood. The morning beach vibes are incredible — the sun is warm but not too hot, the water is calm, and the atmosphere is peaceful. I spend time swimming, sunbathing, or just enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Around midday, I go back home for lunch and take some time to relax during the hottest hours. Whether it’s watching something, reading, or just lying down, this break helps me recharge for the rest of the day.

By 4:30 PM, I return to the beach. The afternoon sun feels perfect, and the sea is even more inviting. I stay there until around 7:30 PM, making the most of the beautiful golden hour before heading back home.

Once I’m home, I take a refreshing shower and get ready to go out for dinner. I enjoy eating at a nice restaurant, trying delicious food, and soaking in the lively summer evening atmosphere.

When I return home, I unwind by scrolling through the internet, catching up on things, or just relaxing. By 10:30 PM, I got to bed, feeling happy and satisfied after a perfect summer day.

My owner, Kevin, is very clumsy, but at the same time hardworking. In an average of two and a half weeks, my owner drops me fifteen times and as he works with a lawyer, Kevin uses me regularly. Sometimes it's three in the morning and he continues to work, which means I only have at least an hour and a half to rest and get back to work with phone calls back and forth, messages back and forth. I'm fed up, I just wanted to have some peace of mind for a few days.

I feel sad and tired... I work day and night without stopping, no one recognizes my effort. My work is very tiring; besides never resting, I'm always walking around without leaving the same place. I can be trapped and I can also have legs, but I can't walk. People don't realize how important I am to them, because I guide their lives. I can be anywhere in the house, and even in the body of a human...

There are three floors.

Outside there is a large garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a garage and land with animals. There is a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, two stair cases, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large attic.

My favorite Room is the living room. This is a confortable room. There is a large brown sofa, a bookcase ,a cofee table and a fireplace.

I like my dream house because is it very cosy.

My dream house is in Barcelona.Outside there is a big garden and a big garage. In my dream house there is a living room, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two kitchens. My favourite room is the living room. It has a sofa, a TV, a bed and a table. I like this house because it is a dream house.

My house would have two floors and outside an underground trampoline, on the first floor it would have a small kitchen, the living room, a guest bathroom and the hallway, on the second floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. If I had to pick a favourite part of the house it would have to be my bedroom because it’s quite cozy. My bedroom has a bedroom, a nightstand so I can put there some stuff for example my glasses, a bottle of water and more, it has a closet was as a carpet so my feet doesn’t get cold, a mirror, a desk so I can do my work and some plants cause they are cute. And I really love my dream house because it would be the way I liked it and it would be comfortable to be there.

Outside, there's a garden with colorful flowers, a swimming pool, and a small area to have barbecues with friends and family. I would also love to have a balcony where I can sit and drink my morning coffee.

Inside, there’s a spacious living room with a fireplace and comfortable furniture. The kitchen is modern and open, with a big island for cooking and spending time with family. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a balcony with beautiful views.

The outdoor area has a colorful garden, tall trees, and a swimming pool. There’s also a wooden deck with lounge chairs and a barbecue area, perfect for relaxing or having fun with friends.

My dream house is a quiet, beautiful place where I can feel at peace and enjoy life. It’s not just a house it’s a space that brings happiness and comfort.

At lunch time we were all together and we were joking most of the time. After lunch we went all together to a “hunted” house and it was funny at first until I lost all my classmates and three clowns were chasing me and of course I was screaming until I got out. When it was time to go back home, on the bus almost everyone fell asleep until we were back home. I loved going there and I would go back there again.

It was at the Oceanarium, Lisbon .

This study visit was with my old teachers.

The study visit was to observe the animals that were there.

We travelled by bus and by train.

We arrived at 6am or 5am Arrival time came back home at 18pm or 17pm

The activities I did were: playing and learning more about animals.

I visited the oceanarium with my class. It was an incredible experience! We saw many sea animals like sharks, turtles, and colorful fish. The best part was walking through the glass tunnel and watching the creatures swim above us. I also loved the playful penguins. It was fun and I learned a lot about ocean life. I hope to go again soon!

Outside, there is a peaceful garden with colourful flowers, a big swimming pool, and a grill area, perfect for spending time with family and friends. My dream house is quiet, full of light, and ideal for relaxing and enjoying special moments.

We went to visit the Poros museum and the Coimbra planetarium, my favourite part of the visit was when we went to the planetarium to see the stars, constellations and planets.

I'm also an intrapersonal learner. I prefer studying and working alone than with other people, because like that I can do the things in my own way.

Although it didn't show in the test about our intelligences, I think I'm also a linguistic learner. I love to read and write, and I can memorise things better when I write about them.

Well, these are my learning Styles. We're all intelligent in our own way.

When I'm studying, I can concentrate better if I'm listening music.

Firstly e-sports don’t use physical talent, even though gamers practice for many hours a day like athletes in real sports. And players aren’t presented at the same place to play the games, and I tink that it’s important for players socialize. Last summer, i went to the beach with my friends.

We were walking near the rocks and we found a small cave.

We decided to go inside .

It was a bit dark, so we used our phones for light. We saw some crabs and heard the waves very close.

We were a little scared but also excited. In the end we laughed a lot and tooks some photos.

It was a fun adventure that i really enjoyed.

I've loved camping ever since I can remember. Being in the middle of nature, it just makes my day.

Last summer, I was camping with my family when I decided to take a walk into the forest all by myself. And it was great! It allowed me to be with myself, and the only sounds were my footsteps and the birds chirping. It was a moment of true peace. But when I wanted to come back, I didn't know where I was! All the trees looked the same and I didn't remember from where I had come from. And just to make things worse, I had left my phone in athe camp. I started walking in a random direction, but after half an hour, I was still lost. I was almost losing hope, when, all of sudden, I heard a voice. And guess what? It was my mother calling me! I ran in a random direction of the voice and found my family! It was a bit scary, but in the end, it all worked out!

Last year, 1st (the first of) December, I played percussion with the Tondela band in Lisbon. The place was packed and during the performance, I suddenly noticed Trincão, my favourite football player. He plays for Sporting Club Portugal. Trincão was watching the show.

After we finished, he came up to me and Said he likes the music and wished me good luck.

It was a Simple but unforgettable moment

My favourite free time activity is painting, and I started painting a few years ago, during lockdown. Since I had a lot of free time and the necessary equipment, Ite thought "Why not?"and it escalated from there.

Last week, I was at the Royal Academy of Arts, because my portrait of John was on display there! And suddenly, I saw Olivia Rodrigo, one of my favourite artists of all time there, standing in front of my painting! I had a moment of bravery, and went ahead to talk to her. And guess what? She loved my painting! She admired my use of the light and the textures, and I never felt so happy!

Well, that was it. Just one of the best days of my life!

I was at the «Pavilhão dos Desportos», in Vila Real, I was in a game with my teammates against the team «Diogo Cão».

I'm Rafael, and I'm thirteen years old. I live in Sabugosa, and I want to share a story

about my summer holidays in 2023. I was swimming in the sea with my dad at Figueira

da Foz when a three-meter wave crashed above my head. I dove underwater, but

something struck my head. I couldn't see what it was, but it knocked me unconscious for

a moment. When I regained consciousness, I found myself surrounded by some people

and lifeguards. They informed me that a large rock had hit me, causing my temporary

unconsciousness. Thankfully, I was okay, but soon after, the sea level began to rise

significantly, prompting the lifeguards to ban people from entering the water.

I went camping on my father's pine forest and we pitched our tent on top of an ant hill. The next day we woke up very itchy. Right after we moved the tent.

Club at school. It’s a horror story written by Edgar Allan Poe, and it’s a really good story, but not for little kids!

The action takes place in prison. It tells about a man who is in the prison. It was very cold and dark. He fell asleep and when he woke up he remembered the judge’s words “You are a terrible man. You must go to prison and you must die”.

The man was desperate but he was very brave and managed to escape.

It is a good history for the new generation.

Last summer I had One best experience of my life.

I was in Tondela, at Ficton, and I was whit my friends.

We visited some exibicions , rode the bumpers and we at and we at a delecious crepe.

Later we watched Gipsy Kings concert and it was amanzing.

At the end we took a photo whit the band.

It was a fantastic concert and everyone was having fun.

In my opinion e-sports are real sports.

I believe this because to be a professional player you need to spend a lot of  hours playing the game.

The professional gamers need to have skills, think fast and be creative if you can’t do this you probably can’t became a professional player. They also need to control them emotions because there are too many people watching them.

To conclude my thoughts to be a professional player you need to learn how to play.

After five minutes, I knew I was wrong. The path was very steep, and my bike felt out of control. My legs were shaking, and my water bottle fell off without me noticing.

Then I reached the downhill part. I wasn’t riding anymore — I was just trying not to fall. I pressed the brakes too hard, and they made a very loud noise. I was scared but also laughing at myself.

Suddenly, I hit a small rock. The bike jumped forward, but I didn’t. I fell into a bush. I wasn’t hurt, but I was covered in leaves. A biker passed me and said, “Nice ride.” I still don’t know if he was serious.

In the end, I finished the trail dirty, tired, and very proud. I learned that mountain biking is not about being perfect. It’s about trying something new and having a funny story to tell.

My Christmas break was great! I listened to music all the time, I read a lot of books and participated in a Christmas concert.

My cousins came to Portugal and we spent Christmas together, and we were discussing musical tastes.

Finally I watched my favorite series called Stranger Things It was a little sad because it was the last episode.

In short, these holidays were unforgettable and left me with great memories.

My Christmas break was incredible, I stayed the most of it at home but I also went to my cousin's house and to the Serra da Estrela.

At new year's eve I went to a concert of Carlão, a famous potuguese singer.

After all of that the school began unfortunatly.

• Rollerblade. When I skate, and especially when I run, I feel free. The wind on my face is wonderful. I really enjoy doing tricks, but not very dangerous ones.

• Horseback riding. In the city where I used to live, I did equestrianism. I was already riding in a saddle; it was marvelous. When the horse trotted, it was really cool; I felt like a true knight.

• Listen to music (especially from my playlist, which is a mix of sad and happy songs). I prefer to listen to music with headphones; it gives me nostalgia. I like a specific group called BTS, I love the messages they convey and their voices.

• Reading. I prefer reading on my phone (fanfiction). Yesterday I was reading one that really made me happy and sad at the same time, because the couple stayed together in a loving marriage with their children for 15 years, but ended up passing away. The last chapter of the story is their daughter telling her 3-year-old grandmother the stories her mother shared with her father on trips before she died. I really liked the story, but I cried so much that I was sobbing and sad all day.

• I watch series or movies (K-dramas). I like suspense, horror, romance, and comedy. A few weeks ago, I discovered that I really enjoyed watching true crime documentaries that happened in the United States. I truly discovered another passion. I didn't particularly like seeing their families sad, but I enjoy solving mysteries and learning various tactics from the police.

• I like to draw, but only when I can do whatever I want. I like to color with pencils, but it has to have many colors.

• Rainy days. I really like seeing rainy days, it makes me feel happy, but a little melancholic haha. But if it's about leaving the house in the rain, like going to school or walking, I DON'T LIKE IT.

• Cold. I find the cold very comforting, I can't explain it. I like it but not negative temperatures, only if it snows and I'm wearing appropriate clothing. I love snow, it's extremely beautiful. I also like autumn; for me, the dry leaves and the temperature and image of autumn is good.

• My favorite season is spring. I love the flowers and trees blooming. My favorite tree is the cherry tree, my favorite flower is the rose. I don't know why but I feel an attraction to them, especially the dark red ones.

• I love everything that is purple, lilac, baby pink and baby blue (perfect colors).

• Cute animals. I love animals even though I'm allergic lol. When I see red pandas, pandas, rabbits, capybaras, dolphins, koalas, cats, dogs and many more, before I know it I'm smiling with a melting smile looking at them.

• When I'm with my friends. That's when I smile, I can be myself: a crazy, somewhat psychopathic and spoiled girl sometimes lol.

• I love traveling and discovering new traditions, foods, monuments, and people (even though I'm quite shy). I make friends with younger people, or those who are as quirky and funny as me, but if they're not, I sometimes seem to shut down. I like to talk and share my thoughts; I think my friends know more about me than I do myself, haha.

The next book I'm talking about is "The cruel prince", by Holly Black. It's a story about Jude, a mortal, that lives in a world of magic beings. She ends up falling in love with Cardan, a Prince that bullied her when they were younger.

The next book is "Divine Rivals", by Rebecca Ross. This book is one of the main reason why I love reading. It's an rivals to lovers, where they communicate by letters.

The last book I'm talking about is the one I read most recently. It name is "Better than the movies", by Lynn Painter. It's an enemies to lovers, where they know each other since childhood. It's a very cute book, about falling in love with someone you say you hate with all your heart.

My top worry at the moment are the tests, because there are so many tests happening at once, and that's when we experience a lot of stress and pressure.

The thing that makes me happy is hiking and camping. It relaxes me a lot and keeps me away from my everyday self. You should try it!

Hello. My life is like a flower in natural beauty.

Fashion is important in my life because it helps me express myself. The clothes I wear make me feel confident and comfortable. I usually wear clothes that I like and that match my personality. Clothes are an important part of my life.

Football is also very important in my life. Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are very important to me. They inspire me to work hard and never give up. I admire their talent, discipline and dedication. For me, they are true examples of success.

In the morning, we went to the Ecocentro, where we saw where our wastes go. Our next stop was ETAR, where we learnt how the water that comes from our houses is treated and goes back to the nature. After that, We went to Interecycling. It was my favorite place we visited, because there we got teach of how and where the electronic equipments are treated. Than we went outside, guess what we see… fishes!! I named one of theme Kitasato Sushi (this name is an inside joke with my friends). They were so beautiful !! We also saw some goats and a dog from far away. After all these, we had lunch near where we were. After, we went visiting ecobeirão. We saw how the trash with no valorization is treated, on the landfield. It stank a little but it was nice! And the last, we returned to the school. We were tired but happy, because after all, we learnt something new and had a lot of fun !!

On the day 20 of February, we had a school trip to our surroundings to see different buildings.

Firstly, we went to the ecocentro and we saw where they placed different types of trash: plastic, paper, REEE’s… so they could go to another place where they would treat them. After that we went to the Tondela’s ETAR that was nearby the ecocentro. There, we learned what happens to the water we use in our house and where it goes. And we learned the whole process, from our homes to the river! It was really good to learn about that, but it didn’t smell like roses…

Then, we went to the Interecycling, where we saw a video about what happens to the REEE’s (electric materials that are no longer in use). It was my favourite part of the trip because I learned a lot and saw some cute fishes and goats. The fishes now have names because of us. Isn’t that right, Kitasato Sushi? 😅

During lunch time, we climbed a little mountain, but we were really hungry and tired, so it wasn’t the best experience… but the view was amazing! Therefore, I think it was worth it.

During the afternoon, we saw the landfill in a bus, which was a great experience also, but was sad to see how much trash we waste and don’t separate.

I learned a lot in this good sunny day!

In the morning I visited ETAR, ECOcentro and INTErecycling and I learn and I learn about separate weast. At ETAR, I learn how clean the water is.

At lunchtime we went eat at S.Marcos park.

I learn a lot and had a lot of fun during the visit.

In the lunch time we went to parque S.Marcos in Santiago de Besteiros. It so beautiful.

In the afternoon we went to Ecobeirão and then we went to school.

The study trip was interesting and fun.

When it was time for lunch, we had to climb a really big hill, we were so tired, but when we got there i ate with my friends and it was worth it. After lunch we went to Ecobeirão, first we watched a video, and then we went to see the landfill and how they separated the trash, it stank a little badly but i tought it was going to be worse.

Then we got back to school and the teachers let us go home earlier. It was a really fun day!

We went to the ETAR, the Intercycling, Ecobeirão and on Econcentro.

At the ETAR, we learned how dirty water from houses is cleaned before it goes through diferent steps to remove waste and harmul substances. It helped us understand why is it important not to throw trash in the toilet or sink.

At Intercycling, we learned about recycling old electronic equipament, like computers and phones. We saw how materials are sparated and deuses. This helps reduce pollution and protects nature.

At Ecobeirão, we learned more about how waste is managed and treated.

At the Ecocenter, we saw a place where people can take

Special waste that should not be out in normal bins.

It was very fun and interesting in the morning we want to Ecocentro,ETAR and Intercycling and in the afternoon we want to Eco Beirão.

We cathed the bus at 8:30 to go to ETAR and Ecocentro. At the Ecocentro I saw de separation of materials, while at the ETAR, I saw all the steps in the wastewater treatment process.

Then we had a snack and went to Intercycling, where I saw haw, for example, the components of a redrigerator are separated.

After, we want to have lanche, but I had to clean a steep hill because there hat been a landslide and the bus couldn't go up.

Exhausted, I reached the top very sweaty and out of breath. I finally had lunch at parque S. Marcos.

Then I went to the Eco Beirão and I saw how waste management works.

It was a great day because I learned a lot of things. I really enjoyed it.

First, we went to Ecobeirão and we saw a landfill. In this landfill, there was a lot of waste and it smelled really badly. The workers made a presentation of the place.

After that, we went to the park in Santiago de Besteiros for lunch time, and it was my favorite time, because we had lunch together and we socialize. Me and Margarida walked a lot, because the place is really beautiful. It was amazing.

After lunch, we went to interecycling and there the workers recycle technological materials. We saw goats and ducks, walking around the place. It was funny.

Then we went to Ecocentro and ETAR, I liked it, but it was really disgusting and stinky.

I enjoyed this study visit because I could

socialize with my friends, and I learned a lot.

Our first stop was Eco Beirão, a waste management company responsible for regional ecopoints, ecocentres, and landfills. We learned how they separate and recover materials for recycling. One of the most interesting facts was how they transform organic waste into electricity through biogas.

After that, we had lunch at São Marcos Park, a lovely green area where we could relax. I ate chicken burgers and stir-fried pasta.

We then headed to Interecycling. This company dismantles all kinds of electronic equipment, from large appliances like fridges to smaller devices. It was impressive to see how they recover valuable materials such as copper, aluminium, and even gold from old electronics.

The last stop was the Wastewater Treatment Plant (ETAR), which was my favourite part of the day. It's responsible for cleaning the water from our homes and factories before safely returning it to nature.

Overall, it was a very educational and enjoyable trip!

This education experience took place last Friday, giving us a full day to learn and explore.

We traveled together as a diferents class on bus. This allowed us to effectively move between the various facilities and parks, and we had plenty of time to discuss our observations and ask questions as a group.

Our itinerary was packed! We learned about waste treatment at Eco Beirão in Borralhal, saw how materials are sorted for recycling at the Ecocentro in Tondela, and enjoyed a refreshing lunch break at Parque de S.Marcos. In afternoon, we gained insight intro water purification ai ETAR Tondela Norte and discovered the process of recycling electronics at Interecyling in Lamego. It was a truly eye- opening day about how we can all contribute to a healthier planet.

Last month, my class and I went to a landfill. It was a great experience to see how waste is managed. I realized that we must recycle more to help the Earth.

Our plan was Eco beirão ,Interyclicyng and ETAR.

On the first company (Eco Beirão) we start to saw a vídeo about how important is the waste recycling after the video, we had visites the landfill by bus.

After this visit, we went to lunch in a picknic park in Santiago de Besteiros. It happens that bus had a problem and a walk of 1km was needed to go lunch .

We stayed in the picknic park for 2 house and came back to the bus by 1km walking again.

After lunch, the next visit it was to intereçycling.

To learn how to recycle the REEE; we also saw some goats.

The final visit was to the ETAR in Tondela .

This was the last visit before we came back to school .

I liked these visits because the help me to the science exam .

On 20 February, me and my classmates, went on a school trip to Planalto Beirão, interecycling and to the ETAR.

In the morning, we went to Planalto Beirão, and we listened to a talk about how the planalto Beirão worked and we saw where the trash went.

Then we went to eat in the Parque de de São Marcos. It was really big and it had an amazing view. Then we went to Interecycling and learned what happens to electronic devices when they break and I saw a McQueen TV! It was really fun.

Last but not least, we went to the ETAR, it was really fun! We learn how the water is treated, we took a sample to make a presentation in science.

Last Friday, I went on a school trip and it was really cool.

At 8:30 in the morning, we got on the bus. Our starting point was EcoCentro, where we learned about how materials are organized.

Then, we went to Etar and saw how the water is cleaned.

At 10:30, we had a break. Soon after, we took the bus to the Intermunicipal Recycling Center, where I learned how to recover materials.

While we were waiting for the other classes, we met a dog and saw some animals like goats. There was also a lake with fish.

After that, we had to climb a big mountain, which was very funny!

At 14:30, we went by bus to the Aterro Sanitário. Then, we went back to school.

In the morning we went to the wastewatern treatment plant and the reclycling center. The recycling center is for separating materials. Afterwards we went to have lunch at St. Mark 's Park, we had to climb quite a bit to get to the tables. And then to go down we ran.

Before we went to lunch we went to Intercycling. We watched a quicky video after the lady showed us the video. She showed us a mini-museum where they had the seven Rs. After the lady finished explaining, we went outside where there was a loke with fish, and next to it there were some goats.

In the afternoon we went to Ecobeirão we also watched a quicky video and then went to see the things by bus because we coudn't go on foot.

Since we did three actevities in the morning and only one in the afternoon, we went to school earliter.

Last Friday, we went on a school trip and it was a very enjoyable day. We started by visiting the economic center, where we learned how waste is processed and treated. After that, we went to Intercycling It was really interesting because there were fish and plants, and we also saw an exhibition with materials that are no longer used.

When it was time for lunch, we had to walk up a hill. We were quite tired, but once we got there and started eating, my friends and I felt it was worth it. Later, we visited Ecobeirão. First, we watched a video, and then we went to see the landfill and how the trash is separated. It smelled a bit bad, but I still enjoyed it.

After that, we returned to school, and the teachers let us go home earlier. It was a really fun and interesting day.

We saw a lot of wonderful things and I learned a lot too. My favourite part of this adventure, was when we stopped to lunch in a park.

Me and Maria explored everything in that park and it was amazing, because we found a bicycle park with an wonderful view.

We visited several places, such as Eco Beirão, the wastewater treatment plant (ETAR), and Inter Recycling. At Inter Recycling, we sat outside on a terrace and watched some dwarf goats, which was very funny and entertaining.

Before going to Inter Recycling, we had lunch at Parque de Santiago. This was definitely the best part of the day. We all ate together, had a lot of fun, and spent quite a long time there. There was also a kind of water reservoir where helicopters collect water, and we spent some time throwing stones into it. It was very fun and refreshing.

Overall, it was a great experience and a day I will not forget.

At Ecor Beirão, I watched a presentation about how recycling works and what happens to the waste. It was very interesting, even if it didn’t last long.

At the landfill, I saw in real life what they explained in the presentation. I was really surprised by the big mountain of trash because I had never saw how much waste people can produce.

I didn’t see everything, but it was still very interesting and make me think a lot.

On this visit of esIn this school trip, my classmates and I visited ETAR, Intercycling and Eco beirão. Of those sites, what I liked most was Intercycling, because it had very interesting things and there were some goats outside.

We left school at around a quarter to nine.Firstly we visited the landfill in Borralhal . It stank very baddy!

There was a friendly guide who explained every thing about the sorting of waste . There were 2 dogs chasing our bus when we went to the park in Santiago de Besteiros to have lunch . Lunch time was the best part of the day !

My friends and i had lots of fun together we explored the place and saw interesting thigs. In the afternoon we were at intere cycling and ETAR-Norte . We learned that we should preserve our resources. To protect the envirowent. It was a nice day out of school .

After that, we went to a park in Santiago de Besteiros to have lunch. On the way, two dogs chased our bus, which was funny. Lunch was one of the best parts because I got to relax with my friends.

In the afternoon, we explored the park and saw some interesting things. We also went to Interecycling, which was really fun. During the day, we learned that we should protect the environment and take care of our resources.

It was a great day and I had a lot of fun with my friends.

When we arrived, we were welcomed by a guide who explained how the landfill works. I learned that waste is carefully organized in layers and covered with soil to reduce bad smells and prevent pollution. There are also systems to collect gases produced by the waste, such as methane, which can be used as a source of energy. Additionally, the landfill has special protections to prevent harmful substances from contaminating the soil and groundwater.

One of the most surprising things for me was seeing the large amount of waste produced every day. It made me reflect on how much we consume and throw away without thinking. The visit showed me how important it is to reduce, reuse, and recycle materials whenever possible.

Overall, this study visit was very valuable because it increased my awareness of environmental issues. It encouraged me to adopt more responsible habits in my daily life, such as separating waste and avoiding unnecessary consumption. To have healthier eating habits, I think I should have a balanced diet, avoid junk food and eat more home-cooked meals. I should also try to eat regular meals every day.

However, sometimes I eat unhealthy food like hamburgers, chips or ice cream, because they taste very good. I know that eating too much junk food is not good for my health.

To improve my eating habits, I can drink more water, eat more fruit and vegetables and eat less junk food. I can also choose healthy snacks when I’m hungry. I think these habits can help me have a healthier life.

To have healthier eating habits, you should not skip meals because it is very unhealthy. You should also avoid fizzy drinks and processed food because they are very unhealthy.

In conclusion, having a balanced diet is very important because it helps you have a healthier life and a stronger body.

To improve my eating habits, I think I can eat healthier snacks when I'm hungry, instead of cookies or chocolates, and eat less junk food. I already drink a lot of water and eat slowly, and I'm trying my best to eat more fruits and vegetables!

I like to eat home cooked meals, I enjoy eating chiken, fish and vegetables with my meals. I like fruit. But, sometimes I cannot resist junk food. I like hamburgers, chips, ice cream and coke because they are very tasty.

I can eat more slowly, choose healthier snacks and have a balanced diet overall.

I eat fruit and vegetables every day I drink a lot of water and I avoid soda and sweets. Healthy food is better for our body.

Good habits:

Don’t skip meals, which is very important, because sometimes teenagers skip breakfast and it is not healthy.

I don’t have frizzy drinks, drink more water.

I do a lot of exercise, I love exercise and I guess it is very important.

I don’t eat processed foods, junk food, addictive food is unhealthy I know it is tasty, but it is very unhealthy.

In the morning, we caught the bus and went to Eco Beirão , where we learned how to recycle.

Then we went to a park in Santiago de Besteiros to eat lunch.

After about 2 hours, we caught the bus again and went to Interecycling to see where we need to put our old electronic stuff.

Then we went to an ETAR and learned about the cycle that the water goes through to get to the river.

After all that, we caught the bus back to school.

Last friday, the 20th February, I went on a field trip with my schoolmates and some teachers.

In the morning, we caught the bus an we went to ETAR to understand how the water was treated / purified and we went to Interecycling as well. At interecycling, we saw a video about the separation of some materials to be recycled. Then, there was a beautiful garden, so we went there and me and my friends had lots of fun! I really liked that garden: we saw some goats and there was a lake with colorful fishes... At 13:00h we lunched at a nice park. About an hour later, we visited the landfill.

I reaaly liked that school trip, because it was very funny!

The trip to Belmonte was a bit hectic but fun. In the morning we visited the Ecomuseu do Zêzere, the Museu dos Descobrimentos, and the Museu Judaico where I fell asleep. At lunchtime we went to a park where we could have lunch as a class. Afterwards, the teachers gave us some time to go for a walk and have an ice cream.

In the afternoon we visited the Sinagoga, Castelo, Museu Judaico and the Igreja de Santiago.

The best part for me was the trip to Tondela because it was so much fun.

It was a day I will never forget, full of memories to cherish.

Last Friday, April 24th, we went to Belmonte. We left school around 7:30 am and had about a 1.5-hour trip, arriving at 9:00 am. In the morning we visited Ecomuseu do Zêzere, Museu dos Descobrimentos end the Museu Judaico. We had lunch in a green park and went for a walk around the town, taking the opportunity to buy an ice cream. In the afternoon we visited the Sinagoga, the castel, the Igreja de Santiago, and the Panteão dos Cabrais and the Museu do Azeite. We had a snack and came to Tondela, on a very fun and lively trip.

Unfortunately, I woke up at 6 am because I needed to be in the bus at 7 am… but we had a lot of fun in the bus, so I am not complaining… never… in no case… but I could be in my bed, sleeping… never mind. 😅🫠

We followed this path (and I am going to rate the places we went.1-5 stars)

Then, we had lunch in the park, sitting on the grass. Afterwards, we met an Italian old men that had a tiles shop. He told us curiosities about the Jewish comunity in Belmonte and he was really nice!

It was really good and we learned a lot. I adored it!

The day began with the school departure at 7:30 AM. The first visit was to the Zêzere Ecomuseum at 9:30 AM. There, we discovered the importance of the Zêzere River to the region, learning about the traditions and lives of the people who live near it. Next, we went to the Museum of Discoveries at 10:40 AM. This museum is a fascinating place where one can learn about Portugal's Age of Discoveries and the explorers who made history.

At 11:40 AM, the group visited the Jewish Museum and Synagogue. This place showed us the rich history and culture of the Jewish community in Portugal, with a focus on the synagogue, a place of prayer and reflection. We had a well-deserved lunch scheduled for 12:30 PM, where we could rest and discuss what we had seen.

The afternoon included a visit to the Olive Oil Museum at 2:30 PM. We learned about the olive oil production process, from harvesting the olives to the final product, and even tasted some delicious local olive oil. Then, at 3:00 PM, we visited the Church of Santiago and the Cabral Pantheon. This historic site told us about the importance of the church and the history of the Cabral family. Finally, at 3:45 PM, we explored the Castle. We climbed its walls and imagined what life was like in that era, with incredible views of the surrounding landscape.

The group departed from Belmonte at 5:00 PM, arriving back at school at 6:30 PM. The trip aimed to provide extracurricular enrichment and deepen knowledge acquired in various subjects, making learning more fun and practical.

I woke up at 6:00 am to be at school by 7:15.

When we arrived in Belmonte we had a snack before starting the visit first we went de frist Zezére museum where we learned animals and other kinds of things that are found there find then we move to the Museum of Discoveries where we discover more about the life of Pedro Alves Cabral e Brasil 🇧🇷.

And we also went to the Judaico museum where we saw judaicos objects and learned more about this religion .

Then we took a break for lunch in the park municipal .

The teachers let us walk alone and as at this time it was all closed we decided to explore so we found an Italian gentleman who explained to us more about the Judaísmo ✡️ and we still found a Chinese .

In the afternoon the teachers meet at 13:50 to go to Sinagoga 🕍.

Soon after we went to the Castelo , it's beautiful inside sóon after we went to the castle, it's beautiful inside and we went to the church of Santiago.

Finally we went to the musue do azeite where we learned how to make olive oil.

And finally we made the return trip with a lot of excitement and music.

On the 24th of April, we web o a school trip. In the morning, we caught the bus and Went to museu dos descobrimentos, where we about the era of portuguese navugatiins. You learn about the story of Pedro Álvares Cabral. Theo we Went to ecomuseu do Zézere , museu judaico , at 12:30 we Went to the park to eat lunch and explore the city was really fun ! In the afternoon the first thing we saw was the sinagoga where we learn about the jewish religion, next to it was the panteão dos Cabrais and the church of Santiago, finally, we Went to the museu of azeite it was a little bit boring but we learn new things. At 17:00 pm and we left Belmonte and arrived home as 18:45 pm. It was a really funny day.

We visited several places, such as the Discoveries Museum, the Jewish Museum, the Ecomuseum of the Zêzere, and the Olive Oil Museum. We learned about history, culture, and how olive oil is made.

We left Belmonte at 5:00 and arrived back at school at 6:30. It was a very interesting and enjoyable trip.

The museum had interesting exhibits about religion, culture, and daily life.

After that, we went to the Discoveries Museum Belmonte, which focuses on Portugal’s role in the Age of Discoveries. We learned about famous explorers, especially Pedro Álvares Cabral, who was born in Belmonte and is known for discovering Brazil.

Next, we visited the Olive Oil Museum Belmonte, where we discovered how olive oil is produced, from traditional methods to modern techniques. It was interesting to see the old equipment and understand the importance of olive oil in Portuguese culture.

After visiting the museums, we stopped for lunch and we ate all together. In the afternoon, we went to the river nearby, where the atmosphere was very relaxing. By coincidence, we met a friend of ours there who was fishing, which made the moment even more fun.

Then, we visited the Belmonte Synagogue, an important place of worship that represents the revival of the Jewish community in the town. After that, we went to the Church of Santiago Belmonte and the Pantheon of the Cabrais, where members of the Cabral family are buried.

Later, we explored the Belmonte Castle, a medieval castle with amazing views over the surrounding landscape. It was one of the highlights of the trip because of its history and scenery.

Finally, we went to the Eco-Museum of Zêzere, which focuses on the natural environment and local traditions of the region. It was a nice way to end the cultural part of the visit.

Before leaving, we bought an ice cream and relaxed for a bit. Then, at the end of the day, we returned home by bus, tired but happy after such an interesting and enjoyable trip.

Next we went to lunchtime and it was very exciting, after we went to the Synagogue Church and the boys had to wear a type of hat that the Jews use. Later we go to the Castle, he was very beautiful inside and outside.

Finally at 5 pm we go to the bus and go home.

We also went to a river, and since it was very hot, it was really nice to spend some time near the water. It was one of the best parts of the day.

During the trip, we visited a synagogue, a church, and a castle, each with its own history, which made the experience even more interesting.

At the end of the day, I was tired but happy because I had a lot of fun and learned a lot.

In the morning, we visited the Jewish Museum of Belmonte, where we learned about the history of Jews in Portugal. Then we went to the Museum of the Discoveries, where we saw things about the Portuguese voyages around the world. After that, we visited the Olive Oil Museum of Belmonte and learned how olive oil is made.

For lunch, I ate pizza with my classmates.

In the afternoon, we went to the Synagogue of Belmonte and the Church of Santiago. Then we visited the Pantheon of the Cabrais, the Castle of Belmonte and the Zêzere Ecomuseum.

At the end of the trip, we went back to the bus and returned to Tondela. It was a very fun day and I learned many new things.

We went to the ecomuseum, a sinagoga, the museum of discoveries, and a few others.

The part I enjoyed most about the school trip was when we went to the ecomuseum and the lunch part, because the ecomuseum was beautiful and had very interesting things, and I also really enjoyed the lunch part Because I and other people went to a river that was beautiful and the water was clean.

Then we went to the river then we went to the synagogue and then to the church of Santiago then we went to the castle then we went to the eco museum and then we went to eat an ice cream and then we left.

After we were all done with hair and makeup, we went to school to eat in the cafeteria.

After everyone ate, we went to ACERT to help load the theater sets onto the bus.

Around 14:00 we got on the bus to start the trip to Ílhavo, where the show would take place.

15:30 was the arrival time in Ílhavo. As soon as we arrived we went to rehearse the choreographies.

In the middle of the afternoon we put on our costumes and touched up our makeup to finally get ready.

At 21:30 the show started and it was definitely an incredible experience.

It was very good. I like the part when we visit the Castel. It was very high and it was very beautiful.

I like the part when se visit the Museu dos descobrimentos too because the museum show to everybody the Portugal history.

My favorite part it was the lunch becadas it was very good and delicious.

Subsequenty I went to Jewish museum...honestly, I tought the things they did werw different and strange.

At lunchtime I went to eat at a park and our teacher also let us go for walk.

In the afternoon I went to Synagogue, Church of Santiago/Pantheon of Cabral, where I saw the family tombs.

I also went to the Castel, that was the monument I liked the most, because you could see the whole village.

Then I went to the Olive oil museum, where I learned how olivw oil was made in the past.

After that I returned to Tondela.

To have healthier habits, I need to stop eating junk food or drinking fizzy drinks and do more physical exercise.

My parents don't like eating at McDonald's or Burguer King, they prefer sushi, I prefer sushi too and it is healthier, and very very very good!

This is my opinion about healthy/unhealthy food.

To reduce deforestation, people can plant more trees, recycle paper, and protect forests. If everyone helps, we can save nature and make the Earth a better place.

Water pollution is a serious problem that affects our planet. It happens when harmful substances, like chemicals and waste, get into rivers, lakes, and oceans. This makes the water unsafe for drinking, swimming, and for the animals that live in it.

Many things cause water pollution. Factories often release waste into rivers. Farmers use pesticides and fertilizers that can get into waterways. Even trash that we throw away can end up in the water.

Cleaning up polluted water is difficult and expensive, so we need to be careful about what we put into our water and recycle our garbage to avoid them getting into the water and to protect earth and environment for the future.

To help stop ice melting people can do a lot of things. People can use reusable energy, make less pollution and take care of the forests. If people do these things it can help slow down climate change and protect the environment. People need to protect the Earth and stop ice melting.

Deforestation is a serious environmental problem that has a significant impact on the environment. It is caused by humans when they cut down trees unnecessarily. The consequences of this action are the loss of natural habitats for various animals and increased air pollution. The solution is to stop cutting down trees.

Global warming is becoming more serious and causing changes in weather around the world. I think factories should be more careful and use cleaner energy to reduce pollution.
