According to some teachers that works in Thailand the student there is very friendly and respect for elders is mainstay of Thai culture so you likely won't spend much time on discipline and they are eager to learn English.

Because your degree and your knowledge is with you wherever you go. But, for my initial plan, i would plan to work abroad and earn enough money so that i would have no problems on providing my assistance to my little brother who’s currently in elementary.
