“If I had an hour to solve a problem I'd spend 55 minutes thinking about the problem and 5 minutes thinking about solutions.” ―Albert Einstein.
The matter is to prevent the problem from being repeated rather than finding a solution to it. This exactly me during most of my life. I usually think about a big scale solution. I want to grantee that the problem stopped. I learned during the course to work on small scale solutions that specified a particular issue which some people suffer from. I do not have to get the best and the ideal solution, but I have to target what I to do. Now, I prefer thinking about the solution 55 minutes.

Creative Lifestyles. Creativity was never using a paper and a pen. Thinking creatively is a skill that needs to be believe in. If someone told a child and said that he is not creative he will grow up thinking that he is not. Building confidence and believing in myself is essential to achieve what I really aim to.

The accountant feels very happy when he/she does some calculations. The painter also feels happy when he/she sees his/her drawing. This kind of satisfaction is crucial to maintain a great performance during working on a specific job. I decided to continue my studies in chemistry. I hope after graduating I found my dream job as chemist in a medicine company. This will give me a chance to work more on the ideas I have in the medical field.

Before the second module, I was thinking that the best career option to me is being a chemist or biologist. I love studying and researching those field. I refused to go for a medicine or a pharmacy college, however my parents insisted to. I hate to study things that other people had done. I hate studying a disease, its symptoms and its cure. I want to be the one who discovered this disease and who trying to find a treatment. I found pharmacy as one of biggest interest, as I have similar interests to pharmacists. However, I love to be a chemistry researcher.

"creative companies are more successful"
Apple's creativity has given its competitiveness and has inspired an endless end-user experience; Apple's brick and wood stores are as clean and modern as the products it sells. The brand became one of the other companies reflecting its strategy afterwards. Instead of trying to emulate Apple, business leaders should focus on how to encourage them to innovate within their organisation.

(ICR) I found myself investigative, conventional and realistic. I found on the O*Net website that chemists and biologists have (ICR) code ^_^.
I read about the skills that I need. I found some skills that I thought they are not needed to be a chemist:
1- Monitoring: I love tracking tasks and setting up systems, so this will meet my interest of taking charge.
2- Speaking: It is needed to express my ideas and convey information effectively. That will meet my interest in public speaking.

In addition, I found that I can work as an entrepreneur. I have a high interest in public speaking and marketing, however I am studying something away from that. I was thinking about what I can do that matches my interests, work values, personality style.

I found out that I have balance in my learning style between learning by doing and learning through books and lectures. Also, I found that I enjoy both with team roles and independent tasks. However, I prefer working alone. I prefer to leas by taking charge. There scales are correct to a great extend. However, I was surprised when I found that I am not a risk taker. It was written in my results that I prefer careful consideration before acting. I thought I love risk taking, but after a while I realised that I prefer academic work more than going in a risky approach.
