I really enjoyed teaming with Jason as our Career Coach! We had regular meetings (sometimes several times in a week) and Jason was responsive to our questions and concerns.

These WIL sessions did not take very much time, but we had allocated the full 1.5 hours for them. It's better to have more realistic time frames in order to plan appropriately for the class.

Evaluations

Many supervisors expressed frustration with completing the evaluations - stating they take too long and the digital format is restrictive to complete when they are on the floor with the children.

Contact with Student Supervisors

At times I felt it was difficult to communicate with Student Supervisors via email, I felt this pressure when it came to booking evaluations. Student Supervisors would use their personal emails to receive communication and were not regularly checked.

for the demographic of supervisors, some of the language requirements for reading and writing have been challenging for some... Very wordy questions and high written language expectations.
