My SMART goal was to get more confident using APA citations without always checking the guide. I practiced in every assignment, and now I can do most citations on my own. That was a big win for me!

For the next 6–12 months, my new SMART goal is to stay organized and balanced while I study and work full-time. I’ll use my planner every week, set clear time blocks, and check in with myself regularly.

Compliment to everyone who shared helpful tips and supported each other in the discussions!

At the start of the term, one of my main SMART goals was to complete all assignments on time while maintaining an A average in all my courses. I am proud to say I have met this goal for the most part. Although I missed one discussion board post and submitted one assignment late, I consistently submitted all other assignments on or before the due date and maintained high grades across my courses. This required careful time management and discipline, using my weekly schedule to balance coursework, personal commitments, and study time.

Looking ahead to the next six to twelve months, my SMART goal is to continue submitting assignments on time, participating in every discussion board, and maintaining an A average across all my courses, as I plan to apply to the BEd program. This goal is specific because it clearly outlines my academic expectations. It is measurable since I can track my grades and submission records, achievable based on my current performance and habits, relevant because it supports my educational and career goals, and time-bound as I will evaluate it by the end of the next academic year.

I will know I have been successful when my grade reports show an A average in all courses and a perfect on-time submission record for assignments and discussion boards. Reaching this goal will not only strengthen my academic record but also enhance my personal discipline, time management, and commitment to excellence. I also want to continue developing and perfecting my APA 7 skills.

I am proud to say i met my SMART goals for this semester. I kept my notes structured, separating materials by course and maintained my digital folders organized! This helped me stay on track with assignments. Sticking to this method also supported my mental health by reducing stress and gave me a sense of control! Working full-time and taking 5 courses can be a lot- but having specific SMART goals put in place helped me survive my first semester of University! I will continue to use this strategy moving forward. My SMART goal for the next 6-12 months is to develop a sustainable study routine!

Compliment to:

Amanda,

Thank you for making my first semester so memorable! i truly enjoyed your modules, they were engaging and helped me grow as a learner! I feel that I successfully met this goal. Throughout the course, I became much more confident in identifying credible academic sources and using them effectively in my work. I found the semester plan to be very helpful so my SMART goal for the next 6-12 months will be to continue creating a plan to keep me organized. I will know I am successful when I am following it and feeling less overwhelmed by due dates.

I went into this course with the mindset that assessing and evaluating students was something fixed and rigid. Throughout high school, I often felt like my teachers relied on the same harsh, standardized rubrics every time, and that experience shaped my belief that assessment was unchangeable. It felt like you either fit the criteria or you didn’t, and there wasn’t much room for individuality, growth, or alternative ways of showing learning.

One of the most important parts of this course, however, was realizing just how many different ways there actually are to assess people. I learned that assessment isn’t supposed to be a one-size-fits-all process—it can be flexible, responsive, and designed to meet the diverse needs of learners. Approaches like ungrading, self-assessment, multimodal demonstrations of learning, and UDL-informed assessment strategies showed me that evaluation can be more about supporting student growth than ranking or sorting them.

This shift challenged my earlier assumptions. Instead of seeing assessment as something done to students, I now see it as something that can be done with them—collaboratively, intentionally, and with a focus on fairness and accessibility. The course helped me understand that good assessment practices can honour different strengths, reduce unnecessary stress, and actually deepen learning. Ultimately, it opened my eyes to the possibility that assessment can be empowering rather than punitive, and that educators have the responsibility—and opportunity—to design it that way.

This term, my SMART goal was to improve my digital fluency and finish all my assignments before the deadline. I did miss a couple of deadlines, but the flexible deadline for my writing and information literacy work helped me think more deeply and improve the quality of my assignments. Looking ahead, my goal for the next 6–12 months is to stay on track by following a weekly routine and using a digital calendar to plan due dates, study times, and reminders. I will update my calendar every Sunday and aim to submit each assignment at least one day early while continuing to build my digital literacy skills.

One of my SMART goals was to be more present in my courses. Last semester, I struggled to ask questions, get involved, and be part of the classroom socially. This semester I was able to ask questions, in both this course and others, participate in breakout rooms and group discussions, and be present socially. Next semester, I want to raise my average grade by five percent. I want to start studying for at least 2 hours each weekday, continue attending all my lectures, and complete my assignments at least 2 days before the deadline. This is a SMART goal because it is specific in stating exactly what is to be achieved and how, measurable through grades and study habits, achievable with consistent effort, relevant to academic success, and time-bound with a clear deadline. I will know I have achieved this goal if my final average is 5 percent higher and if I have consistently followed my study plan, attended all my classes, and submitted my assignments early, while also noticing improvements in my understanding, test performance, and confidence. A compliment for myself is that I made it! These courses were challenging, and I continuously showed up and gave it my all. I am looking forward to my new courses for my minor in sociology and to continuous growth as a student and as a person.

I would say that I did at some points throughout the semester but in some cases I have not been fully up to it. I have always been bad with procrastination so I am still working on it. My new smart goal would still be the same one, and over the summer semester when their are fun things going on, it might even get worse. But I will still be trying to be on top and early on my assignments. In one of my other courses I wrote a whole paper about my procrastination and at least I am self aware of it. Compliment to this great class and how positive Amanda and everyone is, It has always been a great start to the week on Mondays for the last 12 weeks. Thank you and good luck to you all

One of my SMART goals was to build routines that balanced school, work, and my personal life. This is something I improved significantly compared to my first term in the program. I also did a good job breaking down my academic tasks, which helped prevent added stress. I still need to improve my APA skills, but I am confident I will get there by staying positive

Looking back at my SMART goal, I can see that it gave me something clear to work toward and helped me stay more aware of my progress throughout the term. Even when things felt busy, I kept trying to stay on track and put effort into my work. For my new SMART goal, I want to build more confidence in sharing my ideas, so by the end of next term I will speak at least once in each class discussion or group activity every week. I will keep track of this in my notes so I can see how I am doing. One thing I want to compliment myself on is my persistence this term. I did not give up, and I kept going even when I felt tired, stressed, or unsure of myself, and I think that is something to be proud of.

At the start of this term, my SMART goal was to stop overthinking and trust my writing voice. My brain is basically 37 tabs open, so voice-to-text has become my best friend. I realized my best writing happens when I connect literacy to real life as a mom, EA, and someone who’s spent years helping kids grow.

My next SMART goal is to get even more confident using literacy strategies with my daughter, who struggles and see her actually enjoy reading and writing. I’ll know I’ve succeeded when it feels natural and I see her growing in confidence.

I’m proud I finally let my real voice show up in my writing. The humour, chaos, and heart I bring are what make it feel real, and honestly, that feels amazing.

One of the SMART goals I created at the beginning of the term was to improve my grammar by giving myself more time to revise my written work. Overall, I successfully worked toward this goal. I started assignments earlier than I normally would and gave myself more time to review my work before submitting it. This helped me notice small grammar mistakes and improve the clarity of my writing.

One SMART goal I have for the next 6–12 months is to improve my overall balance between school and personal well-being by prioritizing sleep and managing my focus on grades in a healthier way. This term, I noticed that I sometimes became overly focused on achieving high grades, which caused unnecessary stress and affected my sleep schedule.

I want to improve my sleep habits and reduce stress related to constantly worrying about grades by creating a more balanced schedule. I will measure my progress by aiming to get at least 8 hours of sleep. This goal is attainable because it focuses on building healthier habits over time rather than completely changing my priorities. This goal is important because maintaining balance will help reduce my stress and support my long-term success in university and in my future career as a teacher. I will know I am making progress if I feel less anxious about grades, get more consistent sleep, and feel more focused and positive about my learning, rather than feeling constantly stressed.

I was honestly surprised by how well I did on my assignments this term. At first, I was unsure about taking a writing class because I had been out of school for a couple of years and did not feel very confident in my writing. However, through feedback and revision, my writing has become more organized, and I have gained confidence throughout the course.

One of the SMART Goals I set was to develop a stronger understanding of APA. In this class and my others, I took every opportunity to learn more and to take on extra APA coursework. At times, there were some bumps in the road, but I continued to try to use resources to support it. I've been successful in this goal as I have shifted from constantly verifying to a comfort level with writing in the style.

For the next 6 months, a SMART goal will be to explore at least 2 different digital tools for my assignments. It is a smart goal as it is specific to what and the amount, it is measurable as 2 is a quantity. It is achievable, as I can dedicate my effort to trying new tools. It is relevant as the course requires multiple platforms, and note-taking could take place across different tools. It is time-bound to the semester.

This term has been a lot! I am so proud that I managed to fulfill all my responsibilities at work, school, and home. I used my term plan designed in the Academic Success course to make the. best use of time, and to schedule time for myself and friends. There have been many challenges (a concussion, a major surgery for my dad, and unfortunately, it goes on), but learning continued to. be a highlight in my day. Everyone in the program is so kind, helpful and generous with the knowledge, and I am so excited to keep learning! Best of luck to everyone in whatever comes next!

My SMART goals for this semester were to get A's in my 3 courses that I am taking and to learn and improve my APA 7 citations. I have worked really hard to obtain A's by putting into practice organizing my life including work, school and personal obligations into a set schedule. This allows me to organize my time and make sure that I am completing my assignments and giving me time to work on them making sure that I can proof read and edit them. As for APA 7 formatting I am still working towards this goal and still have to search up the order of the information I am supposed to input. I am hoping to continue to work on this goal through next semester to improve on it. I am also hoping to create a new goal to make sure that I include more mindfulness and time for myself so that I don't get burnt out as I progress through the Educational Studies Program. I am planning to include this in my monthly schedule so that I have designated time each day/week to do things that decompress and relax me.

This term, my goal was pretty simple: show up to all my classes, stay engaged, and finish with an A. Along the way, I actually built some really solid habits. I got better at managing my time, staying consistent, and keeping up with my work. Even when things got a bit overwhelming, I didn’t give up and kept pushing myself to improve.

For next semester, I’m levelling up. My goal is to study for at least 1.5 hours every day, stay organized with a planner, and get all my assignments done on time. I want to take what I’ve learned this term and come back with fresh energy, more confidence, and an even better mindset.

I’ll keep using the strategies that worked for me, but also take time to reflect and improve where I can.

Honestly, I’m really proud of myself for coming back to finish my undergraduate degree after such a long time, "20 years :)". That takes courage and a real growth mindset. I’ve proven to myself that I can do this, and I’m motivated, focused, and ready to finish strong.

My goal for this semester was to improve my information literacy and writing skills. I worked hard to follow the professor's instructions and complete all my assignments on time. From my professor, I tried to learn and improve from the feedback she gave me, and I used reliable academic sources in my work. Eventually, I noticed a clear improvement in my grades and writing, which made me much more confident in my academic work.

By the end of each month, I will assess my progress to see where I've improved and what still needs work. My new goal for the upcoming semester is to continue enhancing my writing skills by dedicating at least two hours daily to practice. I will also focus on strengthening my academic integrity, applying what I've learned, and further developing my digital literacy. Additionally, I'll use the ADDIE model in organizing my projects. This continuous approach will ensure consistent improvement throughout the semester.

I am proud of myself for submitting all tasks on time. At the same time, I learned new things about academic integrity and how to use the ADDIE model in a great way to design my projects. I am proud that despite tough health circumstances I faced, I still managed to learn and submit at the proper time. All of these things make me proud of myself for reaching the end of this course. I stayed consistent and worked hard, even when things were difficult.

One SMART goal I worked toward this term was improving my academic writing and use of scholarly sources. At the beginning of the course, I wanted to feel more confident using APA formatting and integrating research into my assignments. Over time, I became more intentional with how I selected peer-reviewed sources and how I connected them to my ideas.

I can see my progress through the feedback I received, especially around stronger use of citations and clearer organization. While I am still growing, I feel more confident in my ability to write at a scholarly level and meet assignment expectations. This goal helped me become more independent and reflective as a learner.

Also, I have learned through this course how to better access the library help resources and use the school help sources all around. I will take advantage of these resources going forward. I have also learned to communicate with my instructor and TA more. If I don't explain or ask a question, they can not know if I need help or am struggling.

My SMART goal for the next 6–12 months is to strengthen my metacognitive skills, specifically comprehension monitoring, by consistently using strategies such as self-checking, summarizing, and reflecting on my understanding after completing academic readings and assignments.

(I learned this from another class, but it fits well all round)

I will know I’ve been successful when I notice fewer misunderstandings in my work, improved grades, and stronger confidence in explaining concepts clearly.

I am proud of myself for balancing being a mom of three, working in the classroom, and succeeding as a university student. This term showed me that I am capable of growth, even when things feel overwhelming. I’m excited to keep building my skills and stepping into my future as a primary teacher.

This term in Writing and Information Literacy has been a meaningful part of my journey as both a student and an educator. Coming into the course, I already had years of experience in the classroom, but stepping into the role of a university learner challenged me in new ways. I had to shift from relying on experience to grounding my ideas in research, academic writing, and critical thinking.

One of the biggest areas of growth for me was learning how to properly use scholarly sources and APA formatting. At the beginning, it felt overwhelming trying to meet all the expectations, especially while balancing school, work, and being a mom of three. However, as the weeks went on, I became more confident in navigating the OMNI database, selecting peer-reviewed articles, and integrating them into my writing in a meaningful way. I began to understand that writing is not just about sharing ideas, but about supporting them with evidence and engaging in a larger academic conversation.

Thank you Amanda (and Dionne)

I feel like I developed these skills through the assignments we completed and by engaging with the asynchronous material. I've moved out of my comfort zone in that way.

New SMART Goal:

Specific: I will improve and maintain my new home by completing maintenance tasks.

Measurable: I will complete at least 3 home improvement or maintenance projects, including painting, organizing, and making minor repairs, and track progress using a checklist.

Achievable: I will dedicate 3–5 hours per week to home projects.

Relevant: Completing these projects will improve the comfort, organization, and value of my home while building good maintenance habits.

Time-Bound: I will finish these projects within 6 months.

Why I'm Proud:

My husband and I bought our very first home!! I am so excited to give my daughter the stability I've wanted for the last few years and not have to worry about her changing schools anymore. It's a big change as it's quite a distance, but I am so excited to move into this next chapter of my life with my little family.

This semester I set the SMART goal of chasing a high grade to help maintain an overall theme of academic success. Unless the lesson plan goes wildly offside, it appears that I will succeed in this goal. It feels great to be able to accomplish something you set out to do.

my new SMART goal is related to my current employment. I recently received a promotion into management within a paramedic service. The goal, is therefore based on the goals I've set for myself there.

Specifically, I wish to improve the key performance indicators of the medics I'm responsible for by supporting them in completing higher quality documentation and supporting their mental wellness.

Measurable will be achieved by auditing 100% of high stress calls to both monitor for completion and to reach out for support either via peer support, direct intervention or third party referral.

Achievable will be seen via monthly tracking of these metrics

this goal is relevant because paramedics face several times the national average for suicide, depression, PTSD, anxiety, divorce and vices. Interrupting this for a positive change is of great relevance to me.

Time bound, I aim to complete this goal by the end of March 2027.

I am proud of myself for facing new challenges this term. Going back to night shifts has cratered my ability to get to all my tutorials and eats up a ton of my "free" time because I still need to sleep and work. Still succeeding academically, and maintaining a high level of personal satisfaction during this season of change has been something I'm quite proud of.

Reflection:

Looking back at my SMART goal from the beginning of the semester, I feel that I was able to achieve most of what I set out to do. I improved my confidence in writing and became more comfortable using and citing academic sources. I also stayed organized and managed to submit my assignments on time, which shows growth in my time management skills.

However, this semester also came with unexpected personal challenges. Experiencing two significant losses had a real impact on my mental health, which made it more difficult at times to stay focused, motivated, and balanced. Over the term, I made progress by incorporating more student-centered strategies and using authentic assessments like presentations and group work. I found that my lessons became more engaging, and students had more opportunities to demonstrate their understanding in different ways.
My new SMART goal is to strengthen my classroom management skills by the end of next term. I will do this by implementing at least three consistent strategies (such as clear routines, positive reinforcement, and structured transitions) in every lesson, and reflecting on their effectiveness weekly to improve student behavior and engagement.
I am proud of myself for staying committed and improving my confidence in teaching this term. I stepped outside my comfort zone, participated actively, and developed stronger lesson planning skills.

Looking back at my APA 7 goal, I’ve definitely improved more than I expected. At the start of the term, I was pretty unsure about formatting and citations, but now I feel a lot more confident. I still catch myself making small mistakes, but I actually know how to fix them now, which is a big difference. It’s helped me slow down and really check my work instead of just guessing.

New SMART Goal:
Going into next semester my new smart goal is

S- I will have better time management skills.

M- I will stay on top of all assignments and readings.

A- I will dedicate one day a week per class I take to ensure that I have equal amount of work time on each course

R- This is relevant for me to be a more organized and better student which will later help me be a more organized educator.

T- I will successfully do this at the end of next semester.

I am really proud of myself for making it through this semester. It has not been an easy one with my dad passing away near the start of this semester, so dealing with big emotions and grief, while also working a full time job, raising three young children (6,4 &1) and staying on top of my own school work and classes was no easy feat this semester. So I am just proud of myself for pushing through it even on the really hard days and weeks. I know my family is proud of me and I know my dad would be proud me.

I made it to the end of the semester! To be honest, I really doubted myself early on and regretted taking on too much. However, once I got to week 6, it helped to shift my perspective and look at the semester as 50% complete. Continuing the journey to the finish line was nerve-wracking, exciting, and rewarding all at the same time. I can't wait to enjoy my break until the next semester begins! :D

One of my SMART goals was to get grades of at least 70 in all my classes. This was my first semester at university, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I will update this goal for the next 6 months. My second goal included working faster, but I realized that is no longer a major issue. Instead, I need to focus on completing smaller assignments along with major assignments. This will help increase my grade. Completing anything to gain some marks will be more beneficial long-term than not getting any marks at all. Therefore, the new SMART goal I will follow is:

Specific:

I can aim to achieve grades of at least 80 in all classes by completing every single assignment and reading.

Measurable:

I can measure this by creating a semester calendar with different colours and distribute tasks evenly.

Achievable:

Based on my schedule, I will set realistic goals and follow through with work-life balance.

Relevant:

Every week, I can check to see if I completed any low-stakes assignments. I can slowly incorporate them into my workload if possible, starting with at least one a week.

Time-bound:

I will assess my progress every 2 weeks to a month. Semesters are 4 months long, so a monthly assessment gives me enough time to evaluate my efforts without overworking myself.

This term, I worked on my SMART goal of improving my time management and staying more organized. I stated using a weekly planner and breaking assignments into smaller steps, which really helps keep up with deadlines. I also worked on my APA writing by practicing citations and trying to use better wording and synonyms in my work. For the next 6-12 months, my goal is to keep improving my APA skills (by a lot). I want to use proper in text citations and references in my assignments aiming for a minimum of 85% on all my future papers. This is a SMART goal because it is specific, realistic and important to school, ill know one been successful when I make sure mistakes and feel confident when summiting my work. though I am still proud of my accomplishments this term or rather this whole school year as it is my 1st year as an undergraduate student and i look forward to getting better.

Smart goal reflection: Looking back at my smart goals from the beginning of the semester, I feel that I was able to make use of a calendar/planner for not only my courses but within my work and personal life. Although it was helpful, at times when life was life-ing it became a challenge to stay on top off my tasks. I think that time management will always be a goal of mine. I am going to celebrate the times that I was able to balance my school, work and personal life. It may not of been all the time but I've realized that's okay.

A new smart goal: I would like to continue to work on my existing goal for next semester of completing assignments prior to the due dates.

And

I would like to work towards managing my stress and mental health. I will take the time to find what techniques work for me and put them in to practice. definitely less screen time and more outdoor time, along with doing things that bring me joy. I need to remember to take breaks within my tasks whenever possible and chunk my tasks into manageable time frames . By doing this I believe that I will not only feel better but I will also gain more confidence within my tasks.

I will continue to work on these goals with my spring/summer term.

compliment: I have been learning so much within my courses! I have noticed an improvement within my research/writing and APA 7 formatting. I am proud of myself for pushing through and staying motivated. My time and efforts have really shown within my grades. I going to keep pushing, but in a more healthy balanced way!

At the beginning, I found APA confusing and overwhelming, but over time I practiced using it in my assignments. Now, I feel a bit more confident with things like in-text citations and formatting references, even though I am still learning.

A new SMART goal I have is to continue improving my APA skills by correctly using citations and references in all of my assignments next term, and double-checking my work using reliable resources.

One thing I want to compliment myself on is not giving up when things felt difficult. I kept trying, asked for help when needed, and improved my understanding of APA. That is something I am proud of.

SMART Goal Reflection:

Looking back at my SMART goal this semester, I can say that I truly pushed myself in ways I didn’t think were possible. What helped me the most was using a planner and staying organized. I used highlighters to separate my classes, assignments, and timelines, which helped me visually stay on track. I also made sure to carve out time in the evenings to focus on my schoolwork, even when I was tired.

At the same time, this semester was not easy. Managing five core courses while working full time and taking care of my kids and my dad was honestly overwhelming at times. There were moments where I had to sacrifice sleep just to keep up. Even though it was challenging, I kept showing up and doing what I needed to do. I also worked on improving my APA 7 formatting. I feel more confident now than I did at the beginning, especially with citations and references, but I know there is still more for me to learn and improve on.

New SMART Goal (6–12 months):

Moving forward, my goal is to continue strengthening my time management while becoming more confident and consistent with APA formatting in all of my assignments. I will continue using my planner to stay organized and plan ahead, making sure I am not leaving things to the last minute. I also want to be more intentional about managing my stress by taking breaks and creating time for myself, even though I know that can be challenging.

This is a SMART goal because it is specific (time management and APA skills), measurable (completing assignments on time and improving my grades), achievable and realistic based on what I have already been doing, and time-bound over the next 6–12 months. I will know I am successful when I feel more confident submitting my work, make fewer mistakes in APA formatting, and feel more balanced in managing school and life.

Something I’m Proud Of:

I am truly proud of myself for making it through this semester. Balancing five courses, a full-time job, and my responsibilities at home is something I never thought I could manage, but I did. There were times I felt like I was going to fall, but my family’s love and support kept lifting me up and reminding me why I started.

Every day, I put my best foot forward, even when it was hard. Seeing how proud my family is of me gives me the strength to keep going. This journey is not easy, but I know I am getting closer to my dream of becoming a teacher, and that means everything to me.

At the start of this semester, I set a long-term SMART goal to complete my education and earn my diploma. With that, I can pursue a career as a primary school teacher. Now looking back, I can say with confidence that I have made solid progress toward that objective. Returning to full-time education after more than five years in the workforce was challenging; however, I am proud of how I handled the shift. I established routines and managed my timeline effectively despite significant challenges. One of the most rewarding aspects of this semester was being able to apply my classroom knowledge at my workplace. This hands-on experience deepened my understanding and made my long-term goal feel more realistic and within reach. While I feel good about this semester, I still see room for growth, particularly in maintaining consistent time management while striving to achieve an average of 80% or above. Overall, this term has strengthened my self-assurance and confirmed that the goals I've set for myself are not only meaningful but achievable with continued effort.

SMART Goal: Maintain an academic average of at least 80% while balancing school, work and personal responsibilities.

Specific: I want to improve and maintain a consistent academic performance of 80% or higher.

Measurable: I can measure my progress by monitoring grades on assignments, exams and final course results.

Attainable: Given my current performance and the organizational strategies Ive put in place, like proactive planning and time management, leads me to believe this target is realistic and within reach.

Relevant: This goal aligns with my broader objective of pursuing a teaching career and gaining admission to teachers' college.

Time Bound: It is structured around the upcoming academic year, with regular check-ins to assess my progress.

Looking Ahead/Let's Celebrate:

One of the things I'm most proud of from this term is successfully leaping back into education after a long break. I have managed to push my way through by drawing on my resilience, adaptability and determination. I am eager to move forward and expand on the progress I've made. I feel genuinely motivated and optimistic about what lies ahead, particularly as each semester brings me closer to my end goal. This experience has reinforced an important lesson: Stepping into the unknown and taking calculated risks can open doors to personal growth and new possibilities.

This semester, one of the goals I wanted to work towards was improving my APA 7 referencing and use of research tools. At the beginning, I often felt unsure about formatting citations and finding credible sources. Over time, I became more confident using databases and citation guides and I noticed fewer errors in my reference lists. While I still need occasional checks, I've clearly developed more independence and accuracy. This shows I am successfully working toward my goal and building skills I can continue to strengthen.

My goal for the next 6 months is to improve how I organize my time by starting all assignments at least 5 days before the due date and breaking them into smaller tasks using a weekly planner. This is a SMART goal because it is specific (starting early and using a planner), measurable (5 days in advance and task breakdown), achievable (fits into my routine), relevant (helps reduce stress and improve quality of work) and time bound (within 6 months). I will know I've been successful when I consistently submit my assignments on time without last-minute stress and feel more control of my workload.

Something I would like to celebrate is how proud I am of how much my confidence has grown this term, especially in my academic writing and research skills. It feels rewarding to see real improvement and I'm excited to keep building on this progress moving forward. Keeping in mind that I must never forget to be kind to myself. I can do this by taking breaks, getting plenty of rest/sleep and fuelling my body with nourishment to maintain a work/school/life balance that works for me.
