Dependency load is the people that rely on the people that are working to provide for the people that aren't, so people 14 and under are a part of the dependency load because they aren't working, and seniors the age of 65+ are also in the dependency load because their retiring.

The dependency load for Canada is 35%, the dependency load for Japan is 42.6%, and lastly the dependency load for Mali is 49.2%. Canada has the lowest dependency load which means the children and seniors aren't as dependent on income. For Japan, Japan has the second lowest so 42.6% of the population is dependent on the working population's income. Lastly for Mali almost 50% of the population is not working, so there either children or seniors, that means that it will be hard for the workforce to provide for all of the children and seniors with health care, food, and houses.

The percent of people between the ages of 0-4 in Canada is 4.9%, the percent of people between the ages of 0-4 in Japan is 3.3%, and lastly the percent of people between the ages of 0-4 in Mali is 18%. Canada has the second highest percent of people between the ages of 0-4 with 4.9%, for Japan, Japan has the lowest percent of people between the ages of 0-4 with 3.3%, and lastly Mali has the highest percent of people between the ages of 0-4 with a massive number of 18%. Since Canadas percent of people between the ages of 0-4 is at 4.9 percent, that means that most of Canadas population is either a part of the working population or the seniors population which is 65+. Judging by the population pyramid of Japan, Japan has a 3.3% of people between the ages of 0-4, also judging by the population pyramid most of Japan's population is 45+, that's why the percent of Japan's percent of people between the ages of 0-4 are so low. Mali has the highest population of children, therefore the percent of people between the ages of 0-4 is so high, since most of their population are children its hard for the people in the working population to provide for them.

Canada has the second highest amount of people that live 75+ with 8.6%, Japan has the highest amount of people that live 75+ with 17%, and lastly Mali has the lowest amount of people that live 75+ with a 0.6%. Canada has the second highest amount of people that live 75+ which means that Canada have a good health care system. Japan has the highest amount of people that live 75+ with a huge number of 17% which means that their elderly are really healthy and live a long life, mostly because of the working population that is helping them finically. Mali has a really low amount of people that live 75+ with 0.6%, which indicates that the Mali population that are seniors don't life for a long time, this is due to their income, high population of children, and a really low working population
