The cages at PT. Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm 8 Probolinggo were divided into 7 flocks, namely flock A, flock B, flock C, flock D1, flock D2, flock E1 and flock E2. Each cage is guarded by 2 daily laborers who are called "cage children" and supervised by 1 supervisor and deputy, Cage children are recruited from people around the farm, they are given weekly wages. The cage children's activities start at 06.30 in the morning, while on Friday the cage children have to be at the farm at 06.00 in the morning because they are cut off from the Friday prayer break. For holidays, usually the caged children get a turn every day for 2 people to take their weekly holiday.
Imagine, one cage which on average has a capacity of 3,000 - 4,000 chickens laying eggs every day and must be fed more than 100 kg per day is taken care of by only 2 children of the cage. Feed is usually given in the morning and evening before going home. When there are apprentices, they are usually given light tasks such as picking up eggs, cleaning around the cage and much more.

In addition, every morning we as interns have to help check the condition of the pipes and cups where the chicken drinks are made of more than 15 meters long, imagine the elongated shape of the laying hens, sometimes while controlling the condition of the chicken coop the chickens like to peck at their hands and sometimes attack us, it's no wonder my hands are sometimes scratched. After working and helping in the stables for a full day. We returned to the inn provided by the company. To eat, we were given a supply of eggs for 1 week. We feel all that until the internship is over
