Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm 8 Probolinggo were divided into 7 flocks, namely flock A, flock B, flock C, flock D1, flock D2, flock E1 and flock E2. Each cage is guarded by 2 daily laborers who are called "cage children" and supervised by 1 supervisor and deputy, Cage children are recruited from people around the farm, they are given weekly wages. The cage children's activities start at 06.30 in the morning, while on Friday the cage children have to be at the farm at 06.00 in the morning because they are cut off from the Friday prayer break. For holidays, usually the caged children get a turn every day for 2 people to take their weekly holiday.
Imagine, one cage which on average has a capacity of 3,000 - 4,000 chickens laying eggs every day and must be fed more than 100 kg per day is taken care of by only 2 children of the cage.
