It takes time to learn. Don’t expect to master every topic under the sun in one sitting.

Stop trying to save face all the time and just let yourself goof up now and then. It will make it easier to take risks in the future.

When you make a mistake or fall short of a goal, you haven’t failed; you’ve learned 

If you truly appreciate growth, you’ll want to share your progress with others.

Work as  a team and not as a individual to accomplish a good outcome.

2. Cultivate a sense of purpose prioritise time for strategic thinking. STARRS vision underpins all of our work. Carve out time for the team to meet and collaborate. Build a sense of collaboration and collegiality.
3.  Emphasise growth over speed as a team focus on learning from mistakes including learning from my own mistakes.
4. Provide regular opportunities for reflection as a team this is vital and this time needs to be provided to the team. Data and other information must inform effective reflection and improvement strategies.
