The main touristic places in acacias meta are the malecon touristic, the chichimene viewpoint and the waterfalls.

The typical food in my city is the mamona and the llaneros tamales 

-what are the main ingredients of the typical food?

(food) is prepared with mainly one beef, one beer and salt to taste

-what are the main celebrations in your city/town?

The main celebrations in my city are: the return festival, the joroperas and the coleo.

-what do people do in those celebrations?

People usually participate in these events in order to live an experience in the main party where the llanera culture is exposed with all artistic expressions such as music, dance and counterpoint. 

 -what activities can visitors do in your city or town?

In my city visitors can hiking, outdoor sports and bird watching.
