The Hustle is a texting campaign that will let you communicate with real people that will explain the importance of voting through the texting. They are expected to recruit 2,000 volunteers.
NAACP's "Get out and Vote" campaign is also a way to encourage colored people to not be afraid to vote because every vote does truly matter and people don't understand that.
