         <description><![CDATA[<div>10.2 - Lesson plans  - are they hard copy or electronic?<br><br>10.3 - Does BTSN need to be live or can it be a recorded message pushed out?<br><br>If a teacher isn't available to "teach virtually" how do they give a sub access to their virtual classroom? What is the expectation of subs? Expectations for teachers who aren't able to be available during contract hours for maybe a day(ie doctor appointment, etc.)? </div><div><br></div><div>The 10 days of ER sub plans: Are these virtual sub plans or virtual? <br><br>10.9 Counselors - are they able to meet in person even though we are online? </div><div><br></div><div>Wed Collaboration Days - do we follow the time expectations for collaboration, staff, and PD? Or are all Wednesdays collab for their teams? </div><div><br></div><div>Even though the PE time mandates for elementary have been eliminated, what are the expectations for our PE teachers?</div><div><br></div><div>Just to clarify - all activities the week of August 10th are to be held virtually? Are teachers expected to be on site or can they choose to be at home? <br><br>Will we need to update IEPs since we are changing the way instruction is being provided from that of when the IEP was created?<br><br>In the event SPED teachers choose to teach on campus, can IBIAs be in the same room supporting them for virtual learning, as long as they are adhering to proper  PPE and social distancing protocols?<br><br>Best practices on re-engagement plan?<br><br>Assessment schedules for any onsite assessment needs (SPED)?<br><br>Have we looked at getting clear face masks for SLP's?<br><br>Do we need to put a request in for PPE's and clear plastic dividers?<br><br>Can teachers be onsite on teacher prep day and PD days and participate virtually from their class for meetings?<br><br>What is the cleaning schedule once school officially begins?  Do onsite teachers need to coordinate information with custodial staff? <br><br>Are students expected to sit in front of a computer all day? What are the expectations for seeing students on screen?  What are the leniency norms?<br><br></div><div>There are 5 minute breaks built into the schedule, however, is that enough?  What about a recess?<br><br></div><div>-Is there a uniform message that we are sending to all stakeholders regarding on screen time expectations and learning expectations to neutralize the varying demands that parents / families / and teachers will feel towards facilitating and enforcing students to be on line in front of the computer. (If you know what I mean) <br><br></div><div>Will there be a uniform Tiered intervention engagement plan to address re-engagement across the district or will the Tiered levels of support come from the individual school site to support and monitor re-engagement? <br><br>Will admin be expected to report to site every day?<br><br>Subs: What are options if we cannot secure a sub to meet current class size/caseloads?</div>]]></description>
