Close the gap/increase academic success - MC Community Resources Network, Student Health and Wellness Center for Success to provide the support systems 

1.    Developing the MC Community Resource Network through the cultivation, establishment and development of internal and external relationship and partnerships.

2.     Developing and conducting a series of student campaigns and workshops to educate, train and inform students and the college community on relevant and mandated topics relevant to hunger and food nutrition, mental health and wellness, housing and homelessness. 

3.     Identifying and providing ways to provide tangible and intangible resources students can access such as food pantries, mobile food markets, other necessities, information for local shelters and mental health wellness, stress management campus based activities.

1.     How well is the implementation of the program for meeting its outcomes and what are the barriers to implementation? 

2.     To what extent are the staff prepared/trained to implement the program’s strategies and activities and how effective are the program’s strategies and activities?

The analyst, along with some assistance, will determine categories, themes, and patterns. Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel are used tools to track, record and document numbers and responses, as well as depictions of results.
Although the first year will be a year to benchmark, an analyst will determine how many students and others connect to and/or receive services, resources, and training and education. The next year will determine whether nor the center and its programs maintain or increase connection and services, etc.  This method will also help determine percentage of students served compared to others, like faculty, staff and community, in addition to number seniors, children and veterans served.  It also allows staff to determine number of servings and household impact.
