The seminar when we went over why people felt nervous at public speaking hand discussed how we all felt made a big difference as it's something I've never thought about in a class before it was really beneficial. While i do think the lectures can be quite dry, i find the seminars much more engaging as we have the chance to actively participate and discuss HR topics in groups.
