in 1609 the Guarani tribe was converted to Christianity by the Spanish. this contributed to the independence of Argentina because when they where converted to Christianity this was not their original religion and could have made them revolt

A Spanish man leading an exploration named Juan De Garay resettled successfully in Buenos Aires. This contributed to the independence of Argentina because if there had not been any Spanish settlers than there would be no need for a revolution.

Viceroyalty

in 1776 La Plata is put under a viceroyalty and was of the final four viceroyalties established. This helped contribute to the independence of Argentina because this meant that the Spanish had taken control of the natives and most of the natives did not like this.

British invasion

In 1806 the British invade and take control of Buenos Aires by force this contributed to the independence of Argentina because if Buenos Aires was taken by force from the natives then there was probably a lot of native deaths and this could cause a revolution
