I can track my progress by rechecking my previous assessments and homeworks in the Google Classroom. I can check my mistakes and write them in my notebook.

I can achieve these goals by listening attentively to my teacher, taking down notes about the lesson my teacher is teaching to me, and using those notes and other reviewers to help me prepare for upcoming assessments so that I will be prepared for it.

My parents, classmates, and most importantly, my Math teacher are the people that would help me achieve these goals. My classmates can help me by pointing out what are my mistakes in the lesson. My parents can help me by teaching me the parts where I am stuck in the lesson since my parents know Math too.
My teacher can help me by giving me some materials for the lesson and can recommend me to watch some videos so that I can fully understand the lesson.

These tasks will take me the whole term but it depends on my performance and my hard work so that means that I will have to give my all to this subject or else it will take me the whole school year to achieve these goals.

The most difficult task for me this term was the 3rd Long Test. It is challenging for me because I got some mental blocks while answering the test especially during the word problem part. Because of my mental block, I wasn't able to answer the word problem part which caused me to not finish the test. I knew that I was gonna fail which I did because the word problem part was worth around 8 points. However, many students failed the test and the Math Department decided to hose aa small retest for bonus points added to the score of LT3. I was able to perfect the retest and got +6 points to my raw score. My score turned into 34.5/40 which made me pass the LT3.

I could avoid me having mental blocks by not panicking and skipping the hard questions in order to answer the others first then come back to it. Another way is to study more word problems about the topic of the test so that I wouldn't get lost when it comes up in the test.

One misconception that I had this term was the Long Test 2 (Linear Functions). Before the test, I was anxious that it was gonna be very hard and that I would panic during the test. To clarify, we answered this Long Test after a week of online classes so I was also worried that I would forget some of the things I learned in the topic. When I got the test, I realized all of the questions were really easy and it made me very relieved. My confidence returned and I was able to answer all the questions properly. When ma'am returned our scores, I was happy that I got -1 on the test.
