I think powders are solids because it can’t move/ flow by its self but it can be moved By the force of humans/animals. Also a little speck of powder is very small which means the atoms are packed very closely just like solids. It cant be a liquid because it is not wet, Also it doesn’t flow. It can’t be a gas because we can visually see it and it never disappears like petrol. So all types of powder is a solid.

Powders are solids, because if you just took a single grain, it would count as a solid. Powder, is mostly plural, so it would basically be lots of solids in a pile. Powders are visible, and dry, making it different form a gas or liquid. However, if you store more than just one grain of powder, the chase will change depending on the container.

Yes, powders are solids since if you look at the grains of them, they are hard so they can’t be a liquid since it is dry, not wet or a gas since we can see it. Things they have in common with other solids is that you need to apply pressure for it to change shape, not like liquids where it changes shape very easily.

Also it is not a liquid because it is not wet and it is not a gas as most of it is on the ground not flying around everywhere like ‘air’.

It think that they also have the atoms as a solid but a lot smaller. Like most solids it is firm, compacted and dry.
