I am good at supporting people and getting work done myself, but I might need to work on uplifting people and motivating them to work. I may also not act like a team player sometimes because I trust myself to do some things more than others. I like hearing peoples opinions, however, and am always willing to contribute when needed.

I'm good at taking a simple but maybe bothersome task and accomplishing it, but once it starts having more steps I give up or brush it aside. I question the actual value of the work I put in and doubt myself to the point I drop it. I want to be the kind of person who can always pick a task and get it done right away, but right now I have to negotiate with myself to get to that attitude. I want to be better at getting other people involved in the work I do and be able to actually teach people how to do things. I want to be able to promise great things and actually give great products at a reasonable time.

My leadership values is staying organized, being honest with others, being straightforward and direct with my ideas and opinions, and respecting other people’s ideas and opinions while trying to find a balance in between. Something I’m improving on is becoming more social with people.

I feel like I take initiative and work well with my fellow Outreach Chairs. I would like to develop being able to take constructive criticism cause I’m lowkey not really good at that, but I truly hope by the end of the year, I’ll be better at it.

My strongest skills as a leader consist of making sure everyones voice is heard and being open to others ideas. I think some skills I struggle with are getting people to listen to me and feeling comfortable enough to put my opinions into a creative space.

as a leader, i think im good at taking initiative and saying no. but i think i can sound mean about it sometimes… i dont ever think i look down on people, but i want to work on being more patient. a lot of the times i get irritated because people aren’t learning as quick as me, or doing things in the way i want them to, but i actually need to learn that it isnt that deep and its okay for other people to be different.

I feel like I’m a very energetic and social leader, I love talking and also listening to people. I’m big on hearing everyone out to get every perspective. I’m trying to work on being more direct in confrontation, and not letting others feelings cloud my decision making process too much 🤗🤗

I feel that I'm good at orchestrating a group to achieve a common goal and planning a way to that goal while also solving problems that come up along the way but I feel that sometimes I do not show up enough and that often leads to things taking a bit longer than they should and I'm working on improving my procastination problem. And while I'm on this I think it's important to be honest and aware of your problems especially as you improve upon yourself.
