As in the quote”Water is a right.Water is life.”This links to Article 24 which states”Every child has the right to clean water,nutritious food and good health.”If we can drink a bottle of fizzy drink and not waste it than we can drink a bottle of water or use water but for good and essential reasons such as:
•Drinking 
•Cooking 
•Flushing the toilet 
•Washing
•Watering plants and vegetables
