(18:22) Jay and Adnan dug the hole which was about 6 inches deep to bury the body. 
(22:20) Adnans best friend (Stephanie) has her birthday and he gives her a stuffed animal. He asked Jay (her boyfriend and his friend) if he got her a gift as well. 
(26:38) Adnan says that it was just like any other day. Could be read as “ya it’s just a usual day” or “it’s just a coincidence that he doesn’t remember what happened that day.”
(30:00) Asia writes letters to Adnan and what is happening right now at the school and asks why he didn’t tell anyone about them talking in the library. Turns out Adnan forgot about that time.
(33:35) Note about 2 months after Adnan went to jail. Talks about how Asia was seen in the library and that there were cameras in the library. 
(34:30) They didn’t even try to call Asian (an amazing witness) and their lawyer was fired and they got another one. 
(35:20) A private investigator was hired to get the letter to Asias now address and instead of her answering the door her fiance answered and shut them down and told the investigator that from what he heard, Adnan deserved the punishment he got.
(39:00) Confirmation that there were cameras in the library in 1999 and the narrator and her producer went to the school to find out about this and find information about them. 
(40:39) Jan. 13 1999 Jarod Taylor does not remember whether he knew Asia Mclane or picked her up from the library. Derek and her dated and he couldn’t remember anything about that day. He says that the situation definitely could’ve happened that day at the library. 
(42:35) Asia finally calls the narrator and says that she is a 33 year old stay at home mom now. Asia says she was never questioned and that she had no idea why Adnan was convicted. She says she had an internship and got let out of school early and she was waiting for a pickup from Jarod and Derek. Adnan was talking to her about how Hae and him broke up and how if she doesn’t wanna be with him that’s ok and that he wants the best for her.  
(50:00) Adnan calls the narrator after she had just got off the phone with Asia and Adnan did not seem too happy about it. He said it was “heartbreaking”. He wishes she had said that stuff sooner and that it is too late now because he is already in jail.

Jay gets a call from Adnan.

Adnan arrives at Jay’s house. They go to Security Square Mall for about an hour and 15 minutes. On their way there, Adnan tells Jay he’s going to kill Hae.

Jay drops Adnan off at school and keeps Adnan’s cell phone and car.

Jay goes to Jenn’s house. She’s not home, but Jay and her brother play video games for about 30 minutes.

Adnan calls again on the cell phone and asks Jay to pick him up at 3:45 p.m.

Jenn drives Jay to Stephanie’s house, where he gives Stephanie her birthday presents.
Jay and Jenn spend the rest of the night at “Cathy’s” apartment.

I believe Sarah structured the podcast as she did because it just how the events went in order and I believe she wanted to try and convey it as simple and very descriptive to the listener and that they will be able to better comprehend what is happening and who to trust more
