I have traveled with my phone camera, DSLR, and film camera to many different places from Costa Rica to Madrid, and I biked 3200 miles across the US capturing the different landscapes on an assortment of disposable film cameras. When unobserved, electrons act as waves in that they are in superposition- so when they are shot at two slits, they pass through both at the same time. Whereas, when they are being observed, the wave interference pattern disappears and the electrons pass through the slits as one would expect they would.
