Later, I was warmly greeted by two employees as company managers, Ms. Aini Afiqah and Ms.Umai. Ms. Umai is the daughter of travel agency owner Istiqomah Holiday. Next, I was introduced to another employee at this agency, Mr. Irwan. The company has only three admins as it is a small, medium sized company providing Haji and Umrah package services. On the first day, the company gave me the opportunity to look at the entire travel management office of this agency. Among the services provided by travel agency Istiqomah Holiday are providing Haji and Umrah services, overseas travel, van and bus transportation services and selling airfare. This service is provided to facilitate the locals using the nearest and trusted services. Therefore, I am more aware of the services provided by the company.
In addition, on the second day, I also learned about the organization of the company and how the company was formed. The information was well described by Ms. Aini as the manager of the company who has been in the company for a year. At 8am, I started my training by learning how to use a photocopier. I was taught by Ms. Aini who was not very knowledgeable in giving me knowledge. For the use of photocopying machines, I have been asked to make copies of some important documents such as copies of customer identification cards, copies of travel documents and more. Documents that need to be copied are intended as attachments and savings of travel agency istiqomah holiday.
Then, after the zohor prayer, I was taught how to organize customer documents neatly and neatly. The important document is the status of the privercy that this company needs to maintain. That day, I received two guests who wanted information about the package we provided. I have described with confidence and have applied the knowledge I learned the day before. One of the side questions that the guest asked was about the travel agency in partnership with Istiqomah Holiday company sdn.bhd. I have described a cooperative company which is one of the lodging companies located in Saudi Arabia.

This process requires cooperation from agencies in Saudi Arabia on the availability of accommodation for passengers. This process was a bit difficult for me as I was just getting into the parts of the flight and the routes that customers had to take from Istiqomah Holiday sdn.bhd. This trip will take place in late August. As many as 20 people will be involved in this trip. Among the activities provided are the place at Kuburan Massal, where the Tsunami victims are housed in a cave. The tentative is provided for a 4 day and 3 night trip. All participants should follow all tentative activities provided from morning to night. The trip also received cooperation from various parties. The trip was led by Mr. Muzammil Shapawi. They also thanked me for helping me do some of the management work of Istiqamah Holiday company. However, I am also very grateful to this company because they taught me a lot about management. They also gave me the opportunity to get involved in travel management practically.
