Hi guys, this is Thanh Huyen. My full name is Le Thi Thanh Huyen but I’d like to be called Thành ( it’s Thanh Huyền Thành, in case you don’t get it). I have interest in many things, such as studying new languages, reading books, editing videos, etc. But above all, I have a burning desire to dance. I don’t like milk tea, I am addicted to caffeine so sometimes you will see me having under-eye circles.

I want to share with you my favorite quote, which is “Life goes on”. It’s just a simple sentence, but it did inspire me a lot when I was in the darkness. Life goes on, the wind still rises, and you have to live.

Besides, I’m an introverted person, a 90% introvert. I use 10% rest to negotiate with sellers to get discounts when buying some stuff. However, don't be worried if you have something to talk about with me, introvert does not mean I cannot talk, I am even a bit talkative if we have something in common.

The last thing, I want to send a big “moaz” to our teacher, Ms. Phuong Anh (you say you like to put Ms into your name, so do I”. The first lesson is great, and I want the following lessons will be even better.

Beside I’m really into listening to music especially K-pop and US UK. I also love joining social activities too such as blood donation, charity…

I hope we can improve our learning skills days by days and we have to try hard for that wish right ? As Coco Chanel once said: ‘If you were born without wings, do nothing to prevent them from growing.’

I personally hope that after this course, I can acquire many new knowledge such as how to focus more when listening or a richer vocabulary to be able to communicate more fluently.

Hi guys
1. My full name is Nguyen Thi Thu Hien. My friends often call me Hinsocute and I love this nickname. It is my pleasure to be a student of FTU and also the monitor of the Basic English class. I was born and grew up in Nghe An province which is located in the central part of Viet Nam. If anyone wants to learn some new words or Nghe An accent, I will teach you. I'm definitely that it is really interesting. I graduated from Vinh university high school for gifted students and my major was Literature. 

2. My hobbies are listening to music, watching film, hanging out with my friends, and especially playing sports. In my leisure time, I often play volleyball with my friends to recharge my battery after a hard- working day in school. I am also an extrovert person so I joined a lot of activities and clubs in my high school.

Hi! My full name is Le Thi My Duyen and you can call me Duyen :3

I was born and grew up in Thai Binh Province. I’m in class Anh 04.

About me, in my free time I love to wear headphones and enjoy the music that I love. However, I’m not addicted to it at all. I just spend about 30 minutes listening to the tunes and then I will switch to some top podcasts. Those kinds of things are a quick energy boost to get me through the day.

There’s an inspirational Buddhist quote saying that: “Quiet the mind and the soul will speak.” For me, this is really meaningful. If you take the time to slow down and quiet the mind (via whatever calms you), you will start to hear what your soul has to say. It will guide you in the direction of a life where you are healthy and truly happy.

Finally, I would like to thank Mrs. Phuong Anh for providing us with such a motivating first lesson. I hope we will all have fun together.

Other things I want to share : At first sight, everyone often says that I am taciturn, but it’s not entirely true. I think I am friendly and humorous. If you talk with me more, you can see that. About my weakness, I think I am not confident enough to deliver a speech in public.

One thing you may not know about me is that i'm really interested in learning new language and meeting new people. That's why people say I'm funny and friendly.

I don't have any particular interest. In my free time, I often read books. For me, books are an endless source of knowledge. I live in two different worlds, the first one is my daily life, and the second one is in the books. I am a big fan of Khaled Hosseini, a novelist from Afghanistan, who writes about modern warfare and demands equal rights for women.

I believe “Everything you can imagine is real” (Pablo Picasso) because in my opinion, when we have dreams, imagine and chart the path, we will achieve the goal.

My MBTI is INTJ, and I can say that I am a full-time introvert. If you’re not my super-duper close friend, you will seldom see me talk anything. I like being alone, as I easily go hot-tempered when having mini conflict with other people so I don’t want to get them in trouble.

My full name is Tran Thu Huong and I was born and grew up in Tuyen Quang, but I don’t know what it’s famous for :)) , hmm maybe the biggest mid-autumn festival in Vietnam. 

I don’t have any specific hobbies, I just like watching K drama and listening to music, especially K-pop. And many people descibe me as a quiet person but I’m quite easy-going and friendly.
