And i like realistic fiction..]]> 2018-03-19 19:09:40 UTC https://padlet.com/bridgewaterm/xizuzoxtmu7z/wish/243720397 969fliego https://padlet.com/bridgewaterm/xizuzoxtmu7z/wish/243723098 This book is about a young boy named Peter who lives with an older man named Vilna Lutz.He lives with him because his mom passed away leaving Peter and his young sister Adele behind.Adele was born when their mom passed away so they had to give Adele to a different person who could keep Adele safe because she was very fragile.They choose to give Adele to a midwife which then,the midwife gave Adele to an orphanage.Peter was then told since he was young that his sister died since they did not want to tell him they seperated him and his sister.Peter than has to go get some bread and fish in town by himself.On his way he sees a fourtune teller and gets interested.Peter than decides to give his money to the fortuneteller instead of getting food.The fortuneteller has Peter write down one question on his paper in which he askes "Does my sister live?"in which the fortuneteller says "Yes,your sister does live."Peter bets super excited and asks how do I find her?The fortuneteller says follow the elephant.Which is why the story is named that.About a day or so later there is a magic show where a magician summons a elephant instead of a bouquet of lillies.The elephant on a noble woman and paralyzes her.The magician and the elephant both are sent to confined areas away from anyones eye.Later after that Peter finds out the real truth about his sister and knows he must seek the elephant.A lady then decides to buy off the elephant and confine him to their ballroom.The lady then soon figures she should have her on display for the people so she says the 1st Sunday of the month anyway can come to see the elephant.Peter takes his chance and goes to see the elephant.When he sees the elephant he promises her he will get her out of this place!This is what I read today!(Genre:popular fiction)

Ok so after Peter promises the elephant he thinks "I can't keep this promise."but the he remembers the magican.Peter decides to get one of lead cops in the case for the elephant.He talks to him and says he needs to talk to the magician.The cop says ok and they go to the magician.The magician says he must bring the elephant with him and the person the elephant crushed.The policeman and the boy agree.They knock on the door of the house that the woman who was crushed by the elephant lives.The woman agrees to go with them so they then start racing towards where the elephant is at.When they get to the house of where the elephant is at they knock at the door.That is how far i've got in my story!Will be updating soon!

The reason why I chose this book is because I like football and I like math. I thought them both combined would be awesome. So far it is. They tell you how to calculate stats. By multiplying ,adding ,subtracting , and dividing. Then they tell you an example of the best percentage and tells you what NFL superstar has those averages. If you are a really good player you will have higher than average stats. Honestly its very good book to read. I think i picked to read the right choice to read this book instead of others. I recommend this to people who either like football or like math. I decided that if I read the book then I can compare and contrast the movie and the book. The book is about this girl named Meg. So far in the book it is a stormy night. Meg lives in the attic of her house. When she went to the post office earlier she overheard people saying something about a tramp who was supposed to have stolen twelve sheets. I do not know what it means now but I think I will find out later in the book. There is also this boy named Charles Wallace. I think he might be Meg's brother.

I have figured out a lot of things. One thing that I figured out was Charles Wallace is Meg's brother. Another thing I learned was Meg's mom is a scientist.       After they have asked him to go he said yes they keep going to try to find it every Sunday. After trying to find it they give up because the winter was coming. It would be a bad winter. on there way home they noticed that it was starting to get chilly. When John got home it started to now and it snow for the next three days they kids did not have school for those three days.
