What’s the plan for Office Hours - as in designated time to have a room open and sitting in front of a camera waiting for students to show up? Are they during wise time, sometime from 3-4, or a thing of the past? We know that there are times every day that we have to be available to help kids but the static open time is generally very unhelpful

Scenario from last year: After a few days I started calling students that weren't showing up/logging in. Got a few "I had no idea school started already. How do I log in? What do I do?" How best should we direct students - check their gmail? sign in to canvas? go to class link?

Please give us an example of when I'll be closing out my class. My class starts at 8:30 a.m. and scheduled to end at 9:45 a.m. So, does the 10-minute buffer mean that I tell students class is over at 9:35 a.m.?

Can we revisit this policy? We need a more consistent procedure for removing students from live lesson. All teachers need to do the same thing. Can we consider that EOC courses not have Full Flex option. Students and parents need to understand that Full flex is for attending LL only not for completing work and that the recordings are still necessary to receive instruction.
