chose tracing paper the last two images turned out the best i left them under the enlarger between 8 to 10 seconds. whereas the first two were either not flat to the paper or were not left for long key is the black backdrop we also used a honeycomb light angled to the left side of the subjects face this would then create a slight shadow on to the right side of the subject creating a dramatic effect the only thing i struggled with was finding the focus in the dark. high key is mostly used for people who want a more dramatic looking portrait. overall i think these images turned out good. piece of equipment needed for high key is a white backdrop we also used a box light angled to the right side of the subjects face if angled right it should not create a shadow on the left side of the subject however it is ok if there is a slight shadow. high key technique is mostly used for passport photos and important other documents similar to this as you need to see every detail of your face. decision to just do the black and white in the film strip because it was to much with both line of images and black and white adds more emotion to the images. i simply copied the plain film strip onto
