As far as I know, we have 2 routers at school - on the ground floor and 1st floor, laptops for each teacher, projectors and screens in every classroom, and there are   smart boards in 4 classrooms.

  • What is your school using ICT for?
  • Is there a school vision for ICT?
    • No, there is not any visions at my school in this year.
  • How are projects designed?
    • Recently I asked  to headmistress  about wifi for students and she promised to deal with this.
  • Through individual initiatives?
    • Rather yes.
  • Through a more general school policy?
    • no
  • Why is ICT not being used in some subjects? Which ones?
    •  Teachers do not feel comfortable with using  newest IT technologies, I think. In maths lessons teaher does not use IT at all, although he is also IT teacher. And in biology and chemistry IT is not used. 
  • New pedagogical uses of technology?
    • We have not personal uder 30, but others use something like youtube, presentations, but no more.
    • How do you give access to technology to your students?

    • Computer lab?
      • yes
    • Computers in classroom?
      • no
    • Individual devices?
      • not yet, but my aim is starting to use smart phones and cloud servises in classroom.
    • Is your network capacity sufficient to meet current and future needs?
      • no, but the main thing lac of  wifi for students

      • We do not have problems with that: very few students only and access is protected by password.

      • they could be laptops, smart phones.

    Wired and wireless connection. Asking for more internet volume. Giving internet access to students in lessons. Find out appropriate solution for wifi safety in our small school.
    Do you have wifi?Yes.Do you support BYOD?
    Yes.
    Do you consider them as opportunities or threats?
    Definitely as opportunities but in the same time, we must provide safety.
    What technical adaptations would be required, if any?
    One option is device like Hermann's. Another router for students.If a teacher could connect student's device with internet or give an automatic access only during a lesson.
