         <description><![CDATA[<div>The hammer should be released when the rope attached to the hammerhead is perpendicular to the direction which the hammerhead must go. This is due to the fact that the linear velocity of the hammerhead is perpendicular to the centripetal force acting on the object. To maximize distance, releasing it at the point where its linear velocity is at its maximum point out of the cage is ideal.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Due to the wings (the part called the airfoil), the pressure distribution is not the same throughout. The pressure on the top is slightly less than that on the bottom so a net upwards force is created. This is called lift. When an airplane is turning, the lift will point towards the center of the 'circle' (or what would be a circle if traced out fully)<br> and provides the centripetal force.</div>]]></description>
