First thing I bought was neckless. I started styling hair when I was in meddle school on the weekends. Everyone in my school had this neckless it seemed like, and I had to have one, so I saved all my money for a month a purchased this Beautyful silver neckless. That day I felt like I really made a big step, I felt like everyone was going to be looking at me and asking question the rest of the school. Back then we didn't have social media so your school and the area you lived in really dictated your style. I always wanted to be up to date with all the lasted trends, but when you come from a household that couldn't afford to provide the latest styles it could have been hard for you at school, because they would make fun of you. That neckless was around for a few years until I lost it, because I stopped wearing it maybe Cause something else new come out, I really can't tell you what happened to it.

Contrasting Marxist and Durkheimian

Marxist and Durkheimian both have theory's that most do without thinking. Most people eat fast food every day and put no thought about what goes on behind the scenes to make that beef or chicken patty, which Marxist spoke about, or How food brings us together for special occasions like which Durkheimian spoke about. I believe if we did put more thought into both of these theory's there would be better food choices made which would make out family gatherings more enjoyable. Most cook for family and friends from there hart, so knowing that you're making a dish that you know for sure all the ingredients and how they were processed from start to finish would make your family gathering even more special.

Coffee Shop Ethnography

Every morning, I start my day going to star bucks for my Grande dark roast, heavy cream and six sugars all on the side. I'm that customer either you like to see coming or run when you see coming. That's because I need my coffee to be very hot, most think if you can see steam from the top of the cup that it's hot but not for me. I consider hot, if you can't hold the cup without a sleeve. After I receive my coffee, I always hang out and people watch. Depending on how early I am I can see the 7am Croud rushing in getting the kids or coworkers the morning drinks or the 10am seniors who come and hang out in front having their social hour before lunch and finally the students or online workers doing homework or taking business calls. Starbucks is a well rounded place, the people who come I notice this is a big part of their day cause I know it a big part of mine, for teenagers I think it's more of a social status cause if you hear the crazy drinks they order, you have to be crazy to dear to drink one as a middle-aged adult. the business people who come to buy drinks for the who office. I always thought they either want to keep cowers happy or they do it for big tax write off at the end of the year or maybe they want to look like they got the type of money where they can afford to bring $10 drinks 2 or 3 times a week. Then finally we have the pup cup. Now I know that this all for status, it blew my mind to see so many people come in with their dogs to get a cup filled with whip cream to give to their dog (thought dogs couldn't have sugar). If I did a survey on how many people go to Starbucks just for status or for coffee. I would say out of 20 people 10 go for coffee and 10 go for status.
