A teacher has to have a plan for the students that need different types of instruction to fit their basic needs. We as teachers learn once in the classroom that your administration may give you a curriculum to teach, but there are many times as teachers we have to modify this curriculum to fit the needs of our on students. There are also goals that are set in the curriculum that we as teachers must help the studnets manage the material and learn it to the best of their ability hopefully mastering the material by the end of the year for the student. Also us as teachers we have to know the importance of teaching the currirulum whether the parents what to beoieve we are doing the correct thing or not. I have had many parents question my ability of teaching their students the correct thing.
