I have chosen my 10 candies based on 3 different criteria. First I looked to see what is the most type of sour candy sold in a store. Next I looked to see which candy was the most sour. Finally I researched which candy was around before the 2000's, and is still around today. Sweet tarts have been around a very long time. Since then they have evolved into chews, giants, and even sweet tart sour ropes. This candy was first made in 1962.

Induvidually they can be a sweet candy, but a bunch of them together could give you that sour taste you were looking for. Nerds have been around since the 1980's and are still popular in many stores. They come in many different flavors.

Since then warheads has become a spray and has become chewable. The most classic form is the hard candy.
