I like how the book kept you hooked within the plot and how the characters had interesting backgrounds.   • this was a great book I really love all if Laura Ingall's books and that they are about her and her family trying to make a life out in the prairie and that they really paint a image when reading.

  • This was one of the better books that she wrote this books shows the time changer and the charters developing and shows the hard ships they had to face back then, because they didn't have the stuff available to us.
