Chalupas are a type of corn-based taco topped with meats, cheeses, or vegetables. Caramel flan or caramel pudding is a custard dessert with a layer of clear caramel sauce and a hard caramel layer on top.Tamales are made from corn-based dough, wrapped in corn husk, then steamed.
