P - The environment they live in may be below expectations. Eg, too many people living in a small compact room.
I - Singaporeans tend to be judgemental towards the foreign workers here and refuses to see them as a part of us.
C - There will be language barriers amongst one another and hence misunderstanding nderstandings may arise from it.
