In my professional experience, technology can be used as a tool, to help do all kinds of things. My first job was in a call center, and we had to use many programs and applications to develop our functions and that makes the work optimized and effective. In my second job I worked in a law firm, in that place the lawyers used a program like AI that sent emails with information about the cases they had, in this way they optimized their work with technology. 2 years ago, paralegals had to review the platform manually, and sometimes the platform stopped working. 20 years ago, the assistants had to go to the courts to find out what was happening with the processes. Finally, at my third job, also at a law firm, I saw how internet advertising can work for their business, they used advertising to showcase the company and attract new clients. The use of new AI today is too common to automatically formulate demands.
