1. How do we get all staff 
professionally trained on student engagement, so that they may receive this critical information first hand? 
2. How do we give teachers the autonomy to design their own lessons, based on their own students needs, while adhering to district mandated curriculum restrictions. 
3. We currently do not have a collective reading across the building. -Following our experience, we have tried to incorporate more engaging lessons and activities for our students. 
-Our school design team has reflected on the design qualities and have incorporated some if its tenants in our planning and support for teachers. 
-Our design team learns together by attending professional development, communicating about school data, collaborating on special projects, and researching best practices to be implemented at the school level. 
-We routinely meet as a group, as well as individually on designated committees, modeling the principles of our work. 
-Members of our team are expected to be a model of the work and learning that we are undertaking. They are expected to continue the discussions around student engagement and share their learning with colleagues.
