The first way I can use curriculum integration is by designing my lessons with varied materials that will better accommodate all of my student's needs. You must ensure the cultures of your students are represented not just in your room, but within the lessons and materials the students are working with and learning (Finch, 2024). 

It is important to frequently reflect on your own personal biases and assumptions about what you think your students may need. Every child is different and accommodating them the best you can will always allow them to feel supported.

By incorporating diverse learning materials, you are able to make sure you are meeting the needs of all of your students to accomplish a goal or lesson objective.

Enhancing student learning allows for student to feel more engaged and motivated during a lesson by providing them with alternative ways of completing a task that will capture their attention.

The second way I can use curriculum integration is by using different teaching methods that best support what my students need. This can depend on their level of comprehension and their ability to follow along with their peers.

Allowing for a diverse curriculum will allow you to make sure all of your lessons are reaching each student so they will complete the lesson objective and succeed to the best of their ability.

By celebrating cultural diversity in your class, you are able to make sure all of your students feel acknowledged and appreciated.

Creating stronger relationships with students and families allows teachers to be able to provide their class with the best support possible.

The third way I can use curriculum integration is by using different learning activities that will capture my student's interest and motivate them to succeed.

The final way I can use curriculum integration is by using diverse reading materials to accommodate my students depending on their reading level and comprehension level.

Student centered learning allows the student to express what they think would help them feel supported throughout the learning process. By doing this, your students feel heard and seen.

Collaborative learning allows students to work with their peers in small groups to accomplish a goal. This is a great way to enhance and promote peer interaction.

Encouraging open communication and discussions with your students you are able to build a very strong connection with the kids in your class.

Using inclusive language allows all students to feel wanted and involved in everything you do in the classroom. This builds very strong connections with their peers and with their teachers.

By building community support in the classroom, you are able to have outside sources help you motivate and teach your students to the best of your ability.

Strong ongoing communication is vital to creating trusting and strong relationships with students and families.
