They don't have flat molars, instead sharp like their incisors and molars to continue slicing the meat into smaller sized chunks which are able to be swallowed. Amylase is the digestive enzyme found in saliva, which breaks down carbohydrates. Because there is no real need for this in carnivores food does not spend long in the mouth. Carnivores have one stomach because meat is easily broken down (compared to plant matter which in ruminants goes through four stomachs). The primary digestion of meat occurs in the stomach as pepsin is released here from the walls of the stomach. 
In the large intestine, the caceum in carnivores has no purpose.
